Worst letting agent ever. While she was managing my properties, there were always repairs to be made, usually at £180-200 per repair. Once I took over, same flat, same tenant, a year has passed and no repair was necessary. I checked the flat myself and nothing is broken. With the other flat, I had problems with the roof. The agent found me a roofer that for £3500, put some paint on the roof, didn't fix the leak and then the agent said I should recover part of the money from my neighbours. To make it worse, as soon as I logged a complaint with her, the agent sent me a notice of termination, leaving me to take over everything in the middle of negotiations with the neighbours. Of course the complaint wasn't resolved and, put of pettiness, it took quite a while to get the keys and all the reports. Once I got rid of her, I managed to replace the roof and whatever repairs I need, they're about £80-90 (that's after all the inflation). Overall, she gave me wrong advice to replace a board on the ceiling, wrong advice on dealing with the neighbours (i could have contacted them earlier and find a roofer faster and cheaper), and ripped me off with repairs big style. For free to do it, and I still wouldn't let her manage my properties again.... Read more

I contacted Janice as I was looking to rent a property in Ayrshire. Albeit that the property which I was looking to rent was no longer available , Janice really went above and beyond when it came to advising me what was the best thing to do as a potential tenant ( tips / advice etc) She really knows the market and she understands the needs of potential tenants and landlords . I this a scam website? There are 4 great properties for rent on the home page but they are not on Zoopla or Rightmove. There is a Parkview Properties at OnTheMarket but is is a random one bed flat.
