Communication was exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful and kept in touch with me frequently. Very annoyed. I saw my dream house on the market in ayr anf called Corum to register my interest and said that I was very keen to buy it. I was told the property had gone on the market just before the virus breakout/shut down and that I was the first to express interest, so I arranged viewing and arranged a valuation for my current house at the same time once lockdown was lifted. I drove past it today and noticed it has been sold and I didnt get as much as a viewing or a phone call from Corum. First and last time I will use Corum. Im sure the sellers wouldnt be very happy either, if they knew.... Read more

I wasn't overly impressed. Never got many viewers through the door, slow to put property online, over a month to update pictures once we'd upgraded the property, and convinced us to market at too low a price which put people off when we told them what we were actually looking for.... Read more
