Just very recently purchased my first property advertised by Patterson Hawthorn. Not only did everything go through smoothly, when it came able to viewing the property, as there were a few in the same price bracket and area, they were more than accommodating and allowed me to view all 3 on the same day, once I made my decision, the support and communication with my solicitor and the Rainham office was flawless and smooth as can be. Really pleased with the overall service from Patterson Hawthorn when selling my flat. I was looking for a local estate agent, who could effectively market the property and surrounding areas. It was great to do business The Patterson Hawthorn team. Simon, who valued my house, was very professional and efficient and great with the camera! As soon as the house was on the market, there was a great interest and Zoe and David arranged all the viewings communicating with me at all times. Thinking the sale would be quiet straight forward there were obviously bumps in the road. However, with David's communicative support, assertiveness and empathy pushed my sale. David always kept me updated and was extremely helpful in guiding me and answering any concerns that I would encounter. I cannot thank David.
