Just very recently purchased my first property advertised by Patterson Hawthorn. Not only did everything go through smoothly, when it came able to viewing the property, as there were a few in the same price bracket and area, they were more than accommodating and allowed me to view all 3 on the same day, once I made my decision, the support and communication with my solicitor and the Rainham office was flawless and smooth as can be. Zoe, David and the team are all 5* all round and are a perfect example of what all estate agents should be like!

David, Zoe and Kevin are great assets to the company. In my house searching journey they have definitely made the process a lot more enjoyable and less daunting.
I had booked several viewings over different properties with these agents and they have never pressured me in to a decision and listened to my needs and suggested suitable properties whenever they arose.
When it comes to selling the property I will definitely be in touch, and I would recommend David and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell houses in the area.

Actually bought my house via David and also sold it via him. Both transactions the communication was great and David knew when to apply pressure at the right times to ensure everyone's expectations were met. Shame he's not involved in my latest buy as it's outside his area. Fantastic company to do business with.

Really pleased with the overall service from Patterson Hawthorn when selling my flat. I was looking for a local estate agent, who could effectively market the property and surrounding areas. Simon valued the flat and was great at providing market intel on recently sold places in the area. David managed the sales process throughout and kept the buyer engaged during the legal negotiation stages. He also provided updates to me at all times and communication was very strong. I would fully recommend Patterson Hawthorn for any sale, purchase or rental needs in the Rainham area.
