Beware of using this agency. Completely untrustworthy.
We had a multi-agency agreement with this agency and had agreed the same commission rate as with the other two agencies. In person, they agreed to the same commission rate and then surreptitiously increased it in the contract. It's only at the end of the entire venture - which is long and dragged out in itself, given I had to coordinate the agent and give daily instructions to follow up with the buyer, you're faced with a surprise sum in the final invoice.

I recently sold my flat via Bairstow Eves Rainham Branch and I couldnt be more commending of the whole team, ranging from the Sales Negotiators, the team Manager right through to their Mortgage Broker. The team were superbly professional throughout and very efficient and supportive throughout all the usual challenges that you will expect to encounter in any sale. I cant conclude this review without a huge shout out to Chris Bexfield, Toni-Leigh Taylor, Tamanna Alam, Tommy Bennet and Mohamed Ahmed. They were exceptional and outstanding in coordinating and getting this sale over the line for me. I will recommend any potential Rainham seller to definitely consider going through this exceptional team.

I originally used a lesser known estate agents, who did have cheaper fees, but I received a very poor service and consequently this resulted in No sale of my property.
YOU REALLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Rainham branch first sold my mothers home very promptly, I was so impressed we decided to sell our own home through the Rainham Branch, unfortunately not so promptly which was no fault of the agents. They worked tirelessly to try and speed up the process. Even on Toni’s day off she worked from home to get things on the move. I Knick named her ‘the Rottweiler ‘ affectionately. She was not letting go until the deal was done. Bless her. Tommy was also wonderful, he would always reply straightaway to either my emails or telephone calls. They are a brilliant team under Chris and a credit to the company. I have recommended them to friends.

The team at Bairstow Eves were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular shout out to Chris, Toni and also my Countrywide mortgage broker, Mohamed, for 10 out of 10 customer service..they explained everything, they were patient with all of my many questions (I hadn't moved in 20 years so it all felt new) they kept on top of everything, they responded to every query and were honest, helpful and genuine. I don't think things would have gone as smoothly otherwise. They helped with every bump along the way. Selling and buying a house is ridiculously complicated and they took the pain out of it. Mohamed saved me a ton of money, landing a much better deal right at the last moment, literally days before completion, when interest rates changed favourably. Glad I chose them.

Purchased a property through them. Would have given 5 stars. However they pressurised me to accept and use their Countrywide Conveyancing, who were cowboy solicitors, conmen, bastxxx and moronic conveyancers who overcharged me, overcomplicated matgers and charged me an arm and a leg for the legal work 4000 when it should have been 1700. The Conveyancing firm also has not submitted my stamp duty, I am being harassed by HMRC. PLEASE DO NOT USE COUNTRYWIDE CONVEYANCING AT ALL COSTS, I BEG FOR YOUR SANITY.

I am at a loss for words. These guys Carol and Patrick are outstanding people. 5 out 5 is not enough. They have been a massive support in the sale of my aunt's property. I live in Ireland and I have been back and forth helping to sort things out for my aunt since November. They have gone above and way beyond what they were required to do. Supportive, professional, communication was outstanding.
It's the 4th time in 15 years I have had to engage an estate agent. These guys are head and shoulders above anything I have previously encountered.
If anyone is buying or selling in the Rainham area you will not be disappointed with the professional standards they have. Aside from their professionalism they are two great personalties.

Buying our 1st home has been stressful, but with the help of Carol & Lee going that extra mile to help us they made me feel at ease. They both updated me everyday when needed, chased solicitors for us and answered any silly questions i had.
