As the owners of the property on Greenway close reviewed below we were immediately made aware of the situation regarding this viewing. We did not hear the conversations referred to in the review but would like to point out that a neighbour who witnessed the conversation did go to the trouble of offering support to the agent who he said, had remained courteous throughout.
We have found Ashworth Holme to be very professional, fair, and efficient and would highly recommend them.

We went to view property for sale at Greenway close 14th/August 2020 in Sale, Manchester. The appointment was confirmed by email by Nathan at 1400 (no instruction on how long the viewing slot was planned for, no instruction on children were not allowed to enter the property). We run 6 minutes late due to road work on the way from Warrington where we came from. The estate agency lady who was waiting for us and meant to take us through to view the property was very rude. Her welcoming statement was, before even saying hello " you are 6 minutes late, you have only 7 minutes remaining to view the property, which we accepted, then she said children are not allowed in I am afraid. You may need to re book another viewing slot". I challenged her to say nobody said from your agency that children were not allowed in in the property. She said no I have mentioned that verbally over the phone---- this was untrue--- as I have not spoken to a lady over the phone at all before hand from the estate agency.
In essence we were refused entry to the property solely by this lady. Surely the landlord is not aware of all of this.
The lady was very unprofessional and she looked unhappy to do her job. I have immediately taken my family back home and lost interest in the property and certainly with this estate agency. Very disappointed and frustrated

I cannot speak highly enough of Andy and his team. We live on the other side of the world to Manchester and entrust Ashworth Holme to manage our house in Manchester. Being so far away means that we cannot be on hand if anything happens but I trust Andy and his team totally. They have proved time and time again that they will look after us and make sure that everything is taken care of, without us needing to worry.

We have entrusted Andy and Ashworth Holme with managing the rental of our house for over 7 years and the service and professionalism has always been exemplary! The team regularly go above and beyond in order to ensure that the house is looked after.

Added to this, the understanding and knowledge of the local market, means that I would recommend wholeheartedly that Ashworth Holme be the first, and only, agents you look to if you want a team to manage your property.
