First time property buyers please beware and do your research. I have for years struggled with various issues with Peabody /Family mosaic as a resident of their property.
Issues get passed around between departments and no one wants to deal with it. All the while you will be paying them monthly management and maintenance fees on top of rent. I have had issues like roof leaks which have taken months of stress and chasing them to resolve. If you do not chase, they will not bother.
Avoid Peabody and family mosaic properties if possible when first time buyer.... Read more

First time property buyers please beware and do your research. I have for years struggled with various issues with Peabody /Family mosaic as a resident of their property.
Recently, I report that a neighbouring resident within my apartment block likes to drag their floorstanding speakers on the balcony and play very loud music so they can listen to it from the communal area. This is a weekly occurrence.The manager of the block says I have to raise a number of complaints from the neighbours, log it to the police and then MAYBE they can investigate. I asked how many and he couldn't give an answer, I then asked if playing speakers next to his house would be considered loud and he replied 'I can not comment on the hypothetical'.
This is my point, they accept no responsibility, offer no opinions and do not want to get involved. Issues get passed around between departments and no one wants to deal with it.
