I met two agents, they seemed a little vapid and docile. Just grinned and could barely transfer the details from the form. -------STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!------ Let me tell you my story and say that the treatment that I've received from the Home Angles was more than poor: to be honest I've always dealt just with their manager, Mr.Raj, so I can tell just about him. I've been renting a furnished 2 bedroom house in SE23 for 4 years, since October 2010 and I was always punctual in all of my payments: Mr Raj sent one of his guys to check the flat's condition just once in 4 years time and in the meanwhile I've always sorted things out on myself as no support was coming from his office. In September 2014 I received the notice, so I kindly asked if he could please help me to find another flat in the area, but I had no answer at all and my texts and calls were completely ignored. Anyway I found myself a new place to move in and I met Mr Raj obviously when he came for the final check out, along with the landlady and her husband. £65 was the check out price that I had to pay to them. They checked everything and said that the property was left in a good condition and more than clean and I could receive my whole deposit back....... BUT, but I had to chase Mr Raj to have my deposit back (I also found out that the deposit wasn't put into the DPS Office in these years, IS IT LEGAL?) I had to threaten his secretary that I would call the POLICE to have my money back (£1177,00) if he still no answering or no showing up at all: finally I had back part of my deposit as Mr.Raj kept £177 from the total amount: the reason was that one week after the check out, two sofas suddenly and mysteriously were found ruined: Mr Raj said that £177 was for replacing the sofas, but I paid £65 to check out if everything was ok, so, for what I paid for? Mr Raj took the extra £177, IS IT LEGAL? I personally think that Mr Raj is not a reliable person!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM is my personal advice!!!... Read more

Terrible is putting it mildly. They're poor at answering emails, they'll do virtually nothing other than print your contract, but they will charge ridiculous fees (easily double of what I've paid agents in the past). If by some misfortune your landlord falls off the face of the earth for a couple months and you have no hot water and a broken cooker, and they're the only point of contact, they will do little to help. To top it off they gave my number, rather than my landlord's, to someone interested in viewing my flat, and turned up unannounced for viewings with prospective tenants. Sure there's some breach of privacy in there. Avoid like the plague.... Read more

Terrible people. They didn't explain nothing when i call them. I wanted move in London so was looking for an apartment. I explained to the girl on the phone that I will start work in September can I take the apartment. she said no worries everything is OK you can rent it its not a problem. when I arrived ( I had to go 2 hours by train I'm living outside London) agent who showed the apartment said that I can`t take it coz i didn't start my job yet. I said why no body told me about it on phone. I just lost my time and money.... Read more
