I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

I cannot fault Penny Lane Homes. They kept me informed every step of the way in the sale of my flat. Even when the sale fell through at the last moment, they were straight back on the phone to other interested parties that had previously viewed the flat, and they had found another buyer within 48 hours. Would definately use again.

Great estate agent always kept me well informed throughout the process of selling my home, Ross and Taylor always made sure I understood what was going on everyday and my home was sold within a week of being advertised. I can't recommend them enough
