Was able to reach exchange in under 2 months from viewing and making an offer with buyer and seller outside of a chain. Local knowledge from PFK Keswick helped us have confidence in the purchase of an older house in a fabulously interesting area. Hannah, Chloe and Chris have been great in helping us to sell our house. PFK did not value our house the highest out of the agencies that we spoke to, but we felt that they were the most realistic and came across as the best to work with - professional, attentive and responsive. Our house sold quickly and the team at PFK have been on hand throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Probably one of the most stressful experiences of my life. However Chris at PF&K Keswick was the calm voice that helped me through the pressure and delays. And put up with all my emotional outbursts!
The process of selling, is not for the faint hearted. Katherine at PF&K did a really good job of marketing my property, the pictures and info made my house look amazing.
I would use them again (though I'm never moving again!) if I needed to, particularly if Chris could help.
