Thanks to Chris and the team at Keswick PFK we've just bought our dream home in Keswick! Chris arranged our initial viewings to suit our schedule and was knowledgeable and patient on these visits. Once we'd had an offer accepted, he kept in regular contact, liaising with the vendors to sort out our queries. He really went the extra mile, liaising with the solicitors on both sides to get the sale through to completion. Probably one of the most stressful experiences of my life. However Chris at PF&K Keswick was the calm voice that helped me through the pressure and delays. And put up with all my emotional outbursts!
The process of selling, is not for the faint hearted. Katherine at PF&K did a really good job of marketing my property, the pictures and info made my house look amazing.
I would use them again (though I'm never moving again!) if I needed to, particularly if Chris could help.

From the moment we met Hannah we were impressed with PFK. When she valued the house she noticed lots of the improvements we had made and was able to incorporate this into the asking price. Hannah quickly got the house to market organising photos, EPCs etc. We were fortunate to have a lot of interest in the property within the first week. Hannah organised viewings, kept us informed of what the viewers had said and ultimately suggested that there should be a deadline with last and final offers. Again she handled everything and we had only to decide which offer to accept.
As the sale progressed Hannah kept in touch with us and was able to help us push through the sale within 2 months.
