Was able to reach exchange in under 2 months from viewing and making an offer with buyer and seller outside of a chain. Local knowledge from PFK Keswick helped us have confidence in the purchase of an older house in a fabulously interesting area. Professionalism helped move the purchase along smoothly with minimal disruption. Lovely people. Highly recommend.

Hannah, Chloe and Chris have been great in helping us to sell our house. PFK did not value our house the highest out of the agencies that we spoke to, but we felt that they were the most realistic and came across as the best to work with - professional, attentive and responsive. Our house sold quickly and the team at PFK have been on hand throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling.
They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price.
