I am very grateful to all the staff of Percival and Co for being able to finally move out. Their help and recommendations for a Broker and Solicitor were exactly what I needed. I was also very surprised how easy they made the process given that most of it was online, something I was hesitant about before. If given the opportunity I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

My enquiry was at first handled very professionally and I waited for a call back which to be fair was within seconds of leaving my name. A female called me back and was very snarky. Does an enquiry by a neighbour of Nightingale House not merit courtesy?

Renting through Percivals has been a pleasure, from the start they have been helpful with information and answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. At the end of my tenancy they gave me a helpful checklist when moving out which made the process easier and more straightforward. Thanks especially to Georgina, her communication is rapid and informative!

Over a 1 year tenancy I found the staff rude and dismissive. I’m not expecting the world as estate agents are busy but some simple people skills and manners wouldn’t go a miss. This is a shame as the property I rented was lovely but the poor maintenance of it and general attitude of the agents meant I did not want to renew the tenancy. I would absolutely not recommend as a tenant however as a landlord it may be a better experience. Despite the general rep of franchised agents, in a month with them I have found them to be far more personable, approachable and willing to help.

Eternally grateful to Georgina & Claire at Percivals. Thanks to their amazing efforts and constant communication we were able become homeowners in the most amazing village. Moving as most people know is one of the most stressful things you can do, our move was laced with hurdles and issues (none of which was coming from Percivals). However Georgina and the team would always help to guide us and at times when we believed the move wasn't possible they provided hope. To say they went above and beyond is still putting it lightly. Highly recommend them and their services.

Have dealt with the team at Percivals for many, many years (as have other members of the family) and they really are a hidden gem within the property market of north Essex. They are always friendly and efficient and a pleasure to work with. The team is always bubbly and bright with a great eye for detail and sense of old fashioned fair play. Something to be cherished and not undervalued these days.
