Shambles. I contacted Scott Maddison as I was putting my property on the market worst mistake. Their customer service and communication skills were the worst I have ever dealt with. Showing up with viewings that hadn’t been arranged or past by myself or my partner, totally unacceptable! Please do not waste your time using these people! Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Used for renting and buying I will never use them again. They are rude and patronising especially Alison, some training in customer service wouldn’t go amiss. Do not use. As you can see from George’s contradictory response to my review, shows how much of an unprofessional estate agent they are by disclosing allegations on a public forum reaffirming my previous comments on their customer service. Made our life so incredibly difficult when we were tenants. I had an awful landlord who got away with not supplying some of the basic humane necessities of a rental despite paying a extortionate amount for said property. Scott Maddison sat back and turned a blind eye to it all and now some other poor family is also no doubt going through the same hell. There was one agent in particular Alison who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional constantly huffing down the phone like you are so beneath her whenever you had the unfortunate task of getting in touch to report an issue. They also failed to carry out appliance safety checks on white goods within the property which nearly ended in disaster for my family and when confronted with this they took no responsibility and couldn’t care less. I urge anyone with any sense to steer clear of this company or else you will come away with your fingers burnt.... Read more
