My house took quite a while to sell after the first buyer withdrew. Emma from Perfect Pads stuck to the job until the house was sold. My situation was complicated as I was based in Australia throughout the sales campaign. Emma surpassed my expectations on multiple occasions. She organised a gardner to keep the place tidy for me, helped to sell my car and even called in to read the gas and electric meters for me before completion. We’ll done Emma and Perfect Pads.

Perfect Pads offered a great service and delivered exactly what they offered. The property video was excellent and their communication was first class. They kept me up to date with progress on the sale and their team were friendly, helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area.

The communication is very poor, I applied for a flat to rent that was listed that day and i had a quick response stating this property was available and to provide a date and time for a viewing which I did and had no response back until 3 days later after attempting to contact them each day for a response which they then said that the property had been agreed to let and is no longer available, I will not be attempting to rent from this company again if this is there level of customer service.
