I can't say enough good things about Cleeve and the team at Phillips Smith & Dunn, at the starting point they were more prompt, more honest and more realistic than the other agents in Braunton, communications were always good, when things got tricky we were always kept updated and they went the extra mile, I would 100% use them again.

There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.
