I can't praise Phillips Smith & Dunn highly enough. Especially Cleeve Pugsley who handled the house sale for me. From the first phone call to the day of completion he was professional, courteous and friendly. I was kept up to date regularly, either by email or phone call, from Cleeve or another associate. All in all an extremely smooth sale. Would highly recommend.

Because I live away from North Devon, it was purely a series of emails being received, detailing the date, time and name of your client. This was followed by periodic updates of how the visit was perceived.
We were continually briefed by members of your staff and hence constantly kept in the loop.
Am just now waiting to hear from the buyer.
Thank you for your assistance with the sale of mum's bungalow.

As first time buyers, we didn't really know what to expect from the whole situation. However, the team at Phillips Smith & Dunn, particularly James, laid it out clearly and then walked us through from start to finish.
