From the initial visit by James Fletcher to view the house for auction and subsequent visits/contact by Edward Passmore, I was impressed with the Company's welcoming approach, which put me at ease. Everything was explained and nothing was too much trouble. It was good to have their support on the day of the auction and the reserve price was set just right.
