We chose Pincombe's because we knew that Gerald actually cares about his Clients, their needs, their circumstances, the little issues that are often overlooked by other Estate Agents. His clients are not just "another sale" but individuals that he cares about and is most concerned in getting the very best outcome and experience during the selling/purchase process for them.
Every step of the way from our first contact to the day of completion Gerald was there and available for any or all queries we may have had. Never did we have an anxious wait or an unanswered phone call ... everything was responded to and dealt with in a most professional and caring and expedient manner. Kim ... Gerald's office manager was brilliant in every way in assisting with all the administrative and technical help and we cannot speak highly enough of all her excellent help.
Gerald is a long time resident of the Bay and as such understands the ins and out and nuances of living in the Bay and very much understands the importance of matching the Purchaser with the Property ... and did an absolutely outstanding job in pairing our purchaser with our property for a seamless and very clean transaction.

My family have just had a heart breaking decision to send mum to a care home as she has Alzheimer’s .Gerald has been so kind and supportive making sure my mum was not affected while selling her apartment liaising with us to have viewings whilst we looked after mum elsewhere.
He found us a buyer in challenging times and supported us through the whole journey especially when communication between the solicitors just was not happening! It was essential that we completed before the next instalment was due to care for mum in her new home as a place became available for her before we had completed.

Always on hand to answer questions, reassure and they kept me fully up dated with the (often) frustratingly slow process of selling. Gerald and Kim always provide excellent service at Pincombes. I have used them a few times now and been very successful getting me a good price for my property. On the first occasion I used them they succeeded selling my house very quickly when many others had failed! Their commission is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Gerald and Kim, My big mistake was not employing them to sell my home. I am pleased that they acted for my buyers because they kept me informed from beginning to end. The chain broke at one stage and it was Gerald who gave me advice and helped me through a stressfull time. I can only praise their professional and communication skills and thank them very much
