Would avoid at all costs. The staff are unhelpful rude and unreliable. I had to leave my rented property due to landlord selling they had they keys from the date of the eviction. It took me two weeks to get them to respond to my phone calls to arrange removal of goods within a time frame of four weeks whilst the agents had sole access to the property my house was burgled and ransacked twice. When I rang to advise what had happened and police were involved all I got was threatening verbal abuse down the phone and then cut off. Should not be trading just obnoxious bullies.They were also aware that my cat had been locked in the property accidently and when we went to gain access to rescue him we were made to wait six hours before they turned up and again had to deal with the most ignorant representing of their company I'm not sure if they would have even come if I hadn't threatened them with the rspca and police totally appauling company...
