Unprofessional and not very approachable. They demand your home address just to see the home buyers report or to arranged a viewing. No other estate to date have required this so far. They claim this is to protect their clients and their properties.
As a first time cash buyer this put me off. Other agents in Scotland took our namr, number, email address and just handed over the keys or arranged us to meet the owner.
