We recently rented a property through Preseli Lettings. We had concerns following the last encounter we had with a different letting agent being an awful experience...we need not have had any worries! Preseli have been amazing from the very first phone call! Courtney met us at the property for the viewing, she was friendly, knowledgable and chatty. Once we secured the letting, they guided us through the whole process, right down to the key handover day when they met us at the front door and welcomed us to our new home. It is an unusual property that we rent, and all questions we have had since moving in have been answered same day and answered with kindness and care. Joanne has been amazing throughout the process in attaining a property to rent in Pembrokeshire. We were personally contacted via phone call when a property immediately came on the market that met our requirements, and given priority in viewing the pictures and 3D tour. Viewing was arranged promptly and I was given plenty of time to view the property and take measurements. The online portal was easy to use when going through the paperwork and making payments. Joanne was also always quick to respond via phone and email which allowed us to get everything sorted in good timing. What made things especially easy was having one point of contact which created an overall smoother process. The only negative point I have was that the check in inventory could have been more thorough, we noted many things that were not in the original inventory report which was quite time consuming on our part.... Cannot fault Preseli Lettings one bit! Since moving into our rental property any problems/faults we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Joanne's response time is just phenomenal. Can't believe the fast response and fix of our boiler this morning. Emailed the issue to them before 7am, replied to by 8am and by 10.30am it was fixed! Have only good things to say about Preseli lettings. I was looking to return back home to Wales for retirement, and living in London it was difficult to make viewings in person. They were very understanding and helped me view on a day trip from London with a very narrow schedule due to the train timetable! Found a beautiful pet friendly cottage and have been settled in for a week now. The cottage was very clean when I moved in and everything worked without a problem. Would highly recommend conversing with Gregg, he is professional, compassionate to circumstances and responds with the utmost integrity. Truly deserves the recognition for his efforts that go above and beyond what his job would require! The landlord attempted an unreasonable claim on the deposit but otherwise was friendly and co-operative, with evidence most of the deposit was restored. Jobs around the house weren’t quickly addressed previously until Gregg provided some additional help. I would highly recommend taking plenty of photos for any new rentals to ensure that Pressli are informed of the quality of property before and after you have rented. Having previously had bad experiences with the buying and selling process we were sceptic about the type of service I would receive from a lettings company when we needed a property between house purchases. Luckily we fell on our feet. The first company we called was Preseli Lettings. We required something very rural for the safety of our animals. They managed to do this within a week. We mainly dealt with Emma and Robbie. These lovely people made the whole process stress free. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and display high levels of competence and skill in their profession. When we moved into the cottage it was pristine, a very important point as we work within the food industry. The care and dadication to look for what best suits your needs, and the extra effort made to meet your requirements are extraordinary. Throughout the year the relationship has been cordial, and accomodation to my needs. They have been very helpful in arranging meetings and always quick with their responses both via email and telephone. I have ended my tenancy with them a week ago, and the new agency I am working with have a lot to live up to.
