The team at Fishguard , Kaylie , Ibrahim and Reece were excellent and I would highly recommend them . We were kept informed throughout the process. Initially Kaylie valued my deceased stepfather’s house for power of attorney and then my stepfather suddenly died. We had to then act fast to sell the house which had its challenges. Ibrahim handled all the main aspects of the house sale from then on - when buyers started coming forward. The buyers we exchanged with completed on the same day this week - and thanks to Ibrahim, both sides were kept informed from start to finish with emails, phonecalls and reassurance. Thank you to all the team at John Francis but especially Ibrahim.

Excellent experience from start to finish, Through the process mainly dealt with Kaylie and later Ibrahim who joined later. Both were attentive and responsive, exactly what you need during a stressful move. Would recommend them to anyone.
