I set the team a very hard challenge and they delivered. Throughout all the time it took to sell my house, the team kept me informed on what was going on. They were very helpful, approachable and easy to work with. An A1 service and team and would happily use them again.

We used John Francis to sell our family home in Lowertown.
The team at Fishguard , Kaylie , Ibrahim and Reece were excellent and I would highly recommend them . We were kept informed throughout the process. We were impressed with how quickly they found a buyer as our property was on the market with other agencies with no movement . Very well done JF Fishguard Branch .

Initially Kaylie valued my deceased stepfather’s house for power of attorney and then my stepfather suddenly died. We had to then act fast to sell the house which had its challenges. Ibrahim handled all the main aspects of the house sale from then on - when buyers started coming forward. The buyers we exchanged with completed on the same day this week - and thanks to Ibrahim, both sides were kept informed from start to finish with emails, phonecalls and reassurance. Thank you to all the team at John Francis but especially Ibrahim.

Excellent experience from start to finish, Through the process mainly dealt with Kaylie and later Ibrahim who joined later. Both were attentive and responsive, exactly what you need during a stressful move. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have recently purchased a property marketed by John Francis, Fishguard branch and were taken fantastic care of by Rob Watts - nothing was too much trouble, and to say he worked extremely hard to bring the transaction to a successful conclusion despite issues with other parts of the chain, is an understatement.
