I was very impressed with the team at Anscombe & Ringland, especially Harry, who was put in a very difficult situation with a complicated purchase/ sale. Harry went above and beyond in order to make sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.
Harry was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he was extremely helpful, honest, very patient, determined and 150% dedicated!
I could honestly not fault my experience with the team, they have all been absolutely amazing from the offset and until I got the keys!
I would never consider using a different agent for anything to do with the property market! Anscombe & Ringland are by far the best agency I have ever dealt with!
After six months of paying punctually the rent We, my husband and I, don’t have two set of keys. We are tired of dealing with this situation. I am not asking for something beyond property manager responsabilities, but in her words “is out of her control” I wonder what is under her control. I rented the flat through chancellors therefore they should solve this. I can’t contact the landlord to get the set of keys and Chancellors doesn’t help. Which is the role of the estate agents?
I am asking for something quite reasonable, a set of keys for the flat I am paying for.
Soon I will have to come back to work after my maternity leave, I won’t be able to schdule my shifts with my husband. I will have to wait on the street while my husband get home. The property manager can’t guarantee a set of keys.This situation is unbereable.
Property manager feel sorry but don’t solve the issue while say I’ll keep you updated... last time passed 3 months until I wrote again.

I have unfortunately had to edit my original review due to real incompetence and misconduct around the return of my deposit. It will be over 3 weeks by the time I get it back, despite no disputes or delays from my landlady. There have been a few other issues: passing on my data without my consent to an energy company who set up a contract for me against my wishes; leaving the property unsecured after a viewing; and failing to notify me when they'd arranged an open day at my flat. But the real kicker is that they've financially ruined me by withholding an £1800 deposit for three weeks. I am in real trouble. There are some very nice and helpful people there but the system is utter chaos and I would very very much avoid renting through them.
KFH were great in helping me find the right flat. 5 Star service from Joe MR!

I want to acknowledged that – as requested in our initial formal complaint – the Head of Compliance at Kfh has authorised a full reimbursement of the admin fee we paid to the agency. This attention to the client clearly changes the view expressed in the fist first review.
The most awful experience with a letting agency I've ever had. They simply lied to us until a couple of days before we had to move in, when it was too late and costly for us to withdraw the offer. We agreed on a list of provisions we wanted to be included in the contract. Everything seemed fine, they said the landlord accepted them all, and when they finally sent us the contract to sign, the provisions were missing. It ended up the landlord didn't accept them. We filed a very detailed complaint with all the supporting evidence of what we were told by the agent and they said that what is written on the contract is the only thing that counts. It's a very effective strategy: they say yes to everything, but then, a few days before moving in, they send you a different contract and what do you do? Do you really want to go back to house hunting? Then you have no choice but to accept and lose.
I switched to Greene & Co after having been with other estate agents for a long time without success. Greene & Co got it sold really quickly.
After a very friendly and efficient first meeting with Summer, the Crouch End branch manager, everything progressed with impressive speed and friendly professionalism.
My case was processed all the way through by James. I can’t praise too highly James’s handling of my sale and purchase. He was in constant communication with me, pursuing all parties in the chain, liaising with my solicitor and others’ solicitors and estate agents, giving constant and patient reassurance that everything would work out despite my neurotic worrying.
I can thoroughly and unreservedly recommend Greene & Co to any prospective client.

The staff are rude and focused predominantly on commission without taking into consideration the person - we had a very bad experience.
If you read through a lot of the reviews you'll find that most of them are too good to be true - I wouldn't be surprised if they were engineered.
Steven Gilbery ensured our move was as seamless as possible. From the initial viewing of the property, to finalising the small details for move-in, he was proactive in dealing with our requests, friendly and available to talk to whenever. I would highly recommend.

After looking at 6 properties and losing hope. We found one more potential home for rent with David Astburys LTD. From the start we met Scott, one of the Agents. He was fantastic from beginning to end. With in two days we found our dream home. Scott was very efficient, prompt in viewing and responding and truthful about the property. He has made our experience less stressful and very happy tenants. Would highly recommend this agency.
