We bought our first house, as advertised by Martyn Gerrard, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Jaysuri and Umit were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout all stages of process. All communication was clear, as well as passing messages from and to vendor. We had multiple viewings and they were very accommodating and arranged it in some cases on a very short notice. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a flat for my family in London, which was not easy considering it was my first time renting in the UK, and I have two children and a cat.
Anthony quickly arranged the viewing and explained everything about the flat and the multi-step renting process. He helped present my offer to the landlord effectively and moved the deal forward swiftly.
Karine and Anthony added my family members to the tenancy agreement, allowing me to prove an address for school admission. My daughter now attends a local school with an 'Outstanding' rating.
Gintare assisted with move-in questions and setting up the energy, water, and council tax bills.
Thanks to their support, my family now has a new home.

We bought our flat 5 years ago, Chris at MG was the estate agent.
Recently, when we came to sell up, we sold through MG as we had such a great experience with Chris.
This time we were mainly dealing with Jay, who from start to finish has been extremely communicative, helpful and professional.
If we move again in future, we will be using MG.

From the day the sale of our property was agreed with the buyer, Umit was on the case always keeping us updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors.Whilst the process took a little longer than expected he acted very patiently and I would say Umit is an asset to MG Muswell Hill. Had a very bad experience with Sheriaz Gulzar. He offered a viewing on a Saturday morning just to tell me 2 hours before that it'd be cancelled. I mentioned that I had a dog and he said there would probably be no issues. He then offered a second viewing. After that, I made an offer (above asking price) which wasn't responded. I called MG where I was told by someone else that they hadn't received confirmation of anything from the landlady. Sheriaz never contacted me to give me any updates on the offer. When I wrote to him 2 weeks later, he told me that it had been rejected. You'd expect someone to let you know that if you've made an offer. In addition, apparently the issue was the dog which he said there'd probably be no issues to start with. So overall, extremely bad communication and a waste of my time.
