Franck was our agent helping us to buy our first home in Hither Green. He is friendly, quick to respond, provided good advice at the negotiating phase, was accommodating when we/or potential contractors needed to visit the property. Franck also kept tabs on the progress of the sale on a daily basis and went out of his way to remove any potential obstacles and avoid delays. Overall, KFH was the best estate agent we dealt with, and we dealt with many over the last 1,5 years.
