Absolutely disgusting company.. literally robbed us of our deposit.. everything was completely fine until the Greek land lord found out we was Turkish. Then all sorts of difficulties starting to come from no where. E.g. you can't bring in your own furniture even after we said we would leave them there didn't want to sleep in some next dusty persons bed.
Ontop of all of this they are very unprofessional.
Absolute liars don't believe a word these guys tell you absolute scam artists.

The loss of 2 stars was due to Matthew who was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Disgusting behaviour considering he’s the manager there, however I have formally logged a complaint that hopefully will be dealt with because I was treated so badly by him - would encourage management to listen to the calls between me and him so you can understand why. Very unfortunate as everyone else was lovely.

Worst experience ever.
My partner and me rented an apartment through this branch and the treatment was unacceptable.
First of all, we were told we had to wait till the property was checked the day we were moving in: The moment we got in the flat, the apartment was completely dirty, filthy and smelly carpet, running tap, oven not working, among many many other problems. We were told by the agent that professional cleaning is always a MUST before the next tenants move in.
Out of the 2 set of keys we were given, one of them was not complete, resulting in one of us being locked out of the house for two hours. We popped in this branch to get another set of keys, which resulted to be also incomplete. The solution provided by one of the members of staff? Make a copy ourselves and send a picture of the receipt to the landlord for him to reinvest it. Still haven’t got paid for that.
The flat has security alarm and motions sensors all over the apartment. No passwords were provided, which resulted in the alarm going off during the night out of nowhere without having any directions provided to avoid the problem.
After communicating these problems to the agent we rented the property with, she did nothing but promise she was working on it and being in touch with the landlord to provide us with solutions as soon as possible.
The desperation forced us to contact the landlord ourselves and, when he was acknowledged of the situation, he claimed he had never been informed about anything from the agency.
We are extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of respect. Would never recommend.

They do not use any deposit protection schemes, your landlord will keep your deposit. Deposit protection schemes have been around since April 2007. They also think it is acceptable for landlords to give their mates in the same block keys to your flat or take all keys back at the end of a previous tenancy from a mate. How would they feel if some random stranger had a spare set of keys to a place you were living in? They wash their hands with you as soon as you have any any issues. Please do not touch this agent with a barge pole or anything else if you want a peaceful tenancy.

Rude, disorganized and an overall terrible experience.
After a two-month-long drawn out process where the agent, Jess Allen, who seemed to be very green, repeatedly asked for the same documentation that had been delivered at least 3x already. She then lost the agreement and property altogether just weeks before move was meant to happen. Immediately after she has left the agency.
Multiple times she assured me “this is the last thing needed” and overall never sent any of the information to the landlord and lost the property due to her lack of organization and experience.
Moreover, the agency has kept my down payment even though it was the agency’s fault of dragging out the process after having more than required documentation.
I do not recommend. Scammers.

What can I say. I had to organise a tenancy under very challenging conditions. My old tenant was imminently moving out, I had repair work that needed to be completed and I didn’t want any gap between tenants. Oh and did I mention, I was not even in the country! I met Denica Macnab for the 1st time on Tuesday 17th august, when my daughter requested a very last minute viewing in Muswell Hill. The property was great but not available in my time frame. Danica said she could show me another lovely flat around the corner that she thought would be perfect for me. Denica went straight back to the agency to collect the keys and was back within a few mins. She showed us the flat which indeed was perfect for me. Denica was personable, warm, friendly and professional, I liked her straight away. Danica also started my search for rental property in June 2021 following the sale of our family home and was the only agent to come up with workable housing in challenging personal circumstances and market conditions in N10.

Have used KFH for the past 15 years to manage, let and service our 3 bedroom house to a variety of tenants all wanting to get their kids in catchment at the local Primary and Secondary schools in the vicinity.
The standard of customer care from KFH advertising, sales and letting & Property Management departments has always been top quality and very professional. Full care package for the single-property only-trying-to-pay-the-mortgage type of landlord was/is excellent and a couple of staff members deserve praise for their attention to detail, excellent service and can-do, will-do attitude to solve any problems that come their way on our behalf:
1. Danica Macnab, the Senior Lettings Negotiator at the Muswell Hill Branch is always on the ball and managed to line up plenty of viewings and carry the ball, with great aplomb and professionalism until the new tenants were installed.
2. Tilly Ottaway. In the background and always willing and able to help at the end of an email/ phone call 250 miles away is the Property Manager Tilly Ottaway who works out of KFH House HQ in Wimbledon who's literally been our saviour over the course of many tenants/years and made sure that all works necessary, and sometimes in an emergency, are carried out to a great standard, on time, with the least possible disruption to the tenants and causing us the least amount of worry.

If you are a tenant and you are looking for an agency, who will enter the property whenever they want without letting you know and sharing your personal information with 3rd party and after this denying every mistake they made- this is your agency. Stephanie Antoniou and Annie May are the most unprofessional people you can meet while looking for a property.They will charge you for everything and will always expect from you to keep your obligations, but they will never keep theirs.
They couldn't rent out the property, so I decided to take the things in my hands so we can move out earlier. I have done the viewing with the prospective tenants and managed to let out the property from the first time.
Absolutely unacceptable attitude from such a big company!

Avoid doing business with them. I had a terrible experience with a senior agent screaming at me over the phone and talking in a very inappropriate manner. I also had to deal with threatens to pay again for rent and deposit or they would not let me move in on the day we agreed on contract. I'll be seeking legal advice and I strongly recommend no one to do business with them.

It's always a daunting time to be looking for a new place to move and is very stressful. Danica was fantastic at showing me suitable homes that I would appreciate. The slight downside is that I placed a deposit to hold onto a property too soon that I wanted but left no room for negotiating on move in date and repairs needed. I ended up having to pay two council tax bills for two different properties in November. The flat needed repair and Danica did her best to get that all done but sadly I've ended up paying for all blinds being replaced at my own cost :( A very expensive move but a flat I really love.

They first urge you to sign a small print contract, they then deduct two of years of commission form you all upfront plus other cost such as 300 pounds called agreement cost?! which no one explains you when they first contact you.
I regret dealing with them unfortunately seems to be too late and am stuck with this bad estate agency for another two years.

please be aware what this company and there staff ask you to agree to verbally and actually put in small print, I was told I was being charged for one year upfront commission and was actually charged for 2 years upfront commission for a LET ONLY on a flat I own and was bombarded with Emails to “click and sign “ KFH know what they are doing by bending the truth but staying with-in there rights, I was told the Tenant insisted on a 2 year tenancy with a 1 year braek clause yet once the Tenant moved in to my property she stated that me the landlord insisted on a 2 year tenancy which of course was a blatant mistruth. So please be aware of what you are actually being told and what you actually click sign.

The most awful experience with a letting agency I've ever had. They simply lied to us until a couple of days before we had to move in, when it was too late and costly for us to withdraw the offer. We agreed on a list of provisions we wanted to be included in the contract. Everything seemed fine, they said the landlord accepted them all, and when they finally sent us the contract to sign, the provisions were missing. It ended up the landlord didn't accept them. We filed a very detailed complaint with all the supporting evidence of what we were told by the agent and they said that what is written on the contract is the only thing that counts. It's a very effective strategy: they say yes to everything, but then, a few days before moving in, they send you a different contract and what do you do? Do you really want to go back to house hunting? Then you have no choice but to accept and lose.

Just wanted to say in my review that although my wife and I didn't end up securing a tenancy via Joe Riley at KFH, his efforts during our search over a four week period were both professional and genuinely helpful in all aspects regarding him trying to find us a suitable rental. Our experience was generally good, barring some hiccups with regards to appointment times not being met despite them being set up in advance with our main contact in the office. However our experience with Farnaz (the admin coordinator), who went over and above (even helping us get some documents from the bank), and being responsive and friendly (even to our kids), helped make our experience positive.

We were absolutely blown away by Jade at KFH. She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect property, even meeting us much later in the day (when she should have been done with viewings for the day!) to squeeze us in at a property we really wanted to see.. (which we now own!).
She took the time to get to know us and she really got a sense of what we were looking for. She was always available for help and advice and she really made you feel as though she cared. When we started looking at properties to rent we called 6 different local agents and registered our requirements. Joe at KFH was the only agent who took the time to contact me to discuss a few properties that might be suitable. We had already seen one of the properties online but had discounted it. Without Joes enthusiasm and reassurance that I was missing an opportunity, we certainly would have missed the flat that ended up being the right one for us. I am still waiting 6 weeks later for return calls from the other agents to suggest properties that may be suitable, long after we have already done the deal with joe. There were a few hurdles to overcome through the referencing process but Joe was always prompt at returning my calls and worked hard to find a solution.

I cannot recommend KFH more highly. They have just sold my two-bed garden flat in Muswell Hill, at a great price too. I was introduced to the full team at KFH at the beginning although one agent, Jon, was designated to manage the sale throughout. He was professional and attentive at all times and his sense of humour helped enormously. I couldn't have had a nicer person in charge of the process. The professional photographs they used to market my home were excellent. I think that was a huge advantage. Each time, the team at KFH (Chris Taylor, to be specific, who found all three of our buyers) quickly recovered and produced an impressive number of new viewers, allowing the purchase of our new house not to fall through. I really can't say enough good things about all the agents there, especially Chris. The booking and the viewing process, easily one of the most annoying part of selling a house, was conducted efficiently and respectfully of our home. Although I didn't buy through Katie Bromberger she was amazing. Her knowledge of the local area was amazing as she has grown up in the area and attended the schools first hand (not many people have this benefit). When I come to sell the property I will be instructing Katie no questions about that!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Visar who has been so helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, has always remained very positive and patient. he was never pushy like many business people can be. He showed great communication skills in a very "human way".
Most importantly for me, he showed me that estate agents can be a pleasure to deal with and can be helpful.
After all, a home is so important to people, and every individual who walks through your door has such different individual circumstances, I feel it is vital for you all to remain sensitive to those needs and approach people/clients in this human way with warmth and kindness, without forgetting that we, the clients, do end up paying a tremendous amount for one of the most basic need: shelter above our head.
One again thank you to Visar who has made this all process effortless, stress free, and has played a part in providing a home for a family. It has been a pleasure, and I am amazed.

We contacted a couple of well-known estate agents to help us sell our house in N. London. KFH came to see the house the next day.
The other agent offered an appointment in a weeks’ time – by when it had been sold by KFH.
All staff from KFH were professional, polite and good-humoured. Our dedicated agent, Miles was very good at keeping in touch and in doing what he said he'd do.
All done in 10 weeks
Expensive? Yes, but you get what you pay for.
