The team at KFH were outstanding. Lucy and Linda chose to regularly call with updates rather than just send messages, and these small touches are what makes a great difference. There was a chain buyer in my sale, and this has always made me concerned in the past as it can cause delays. But they handled both sales magnificently, and got my property exchanged before Christmas, whilst under pressure to do so. Highly recommend, and they would be my first choice agent in the area in the future.

Excellent Service & Great Experience. Jessica Durrant worked with us on the house we purchased & she was great, always available, willing to help or answer my (sometimes stupid) questions. We also had a somewhat tricky chain & there were a number of issues, but Jessica was extremely patient & helped out, I am sure some of the help she was not required to do! Hopefully I have now bought my forever home, but should I have to enter into the market again, I would be very happy if I were dealing with her again.
