As my tenants have finally moved in to my property , six weeks later than the proposed moving in date due to the Corona lockdown, which was not an easy period for anyone.

I have to say a big thank you to everyone at KFH, for assisting me with this rental, especially Danica Maynard.

She has been by my side with endless emails, telephone calls, activating all my requests, with sheer professionalism, positivity and charm. A very good listener, with the correct response. Danica gave me ideas , always keeping my spirits up when I felt things were falling apart.

Oscar was extremely helpful throughout our search and was very proactive in arranging viewings. He took us around some great houses which met all our expectations. Enquired on a flat, guy called Stephen pressured me into making a holding deposit, without seeing property. I refused, and he relented and met me for a viewing.

I went to view the flat and then Stephen "forgot the keys" so I couldn't see it and secure it. He blamed me for not being willing to secure the property sight unseen as others apparently had. He said there was lots of interest so I foolishly believed they had ethics and put down a deposit.

I gave my move out notice. Then I got a call that this flat was actually £500/month more than my offer was accepted for and I had made an offer on some nonexistent flat that "had no photos, yet". So I had in fact been conned.

They mess with peoples lives and really don't give a damn. I hope nobody has to go through this type of con artistry.
