I rented a two bedroom flat through KFH and had Joe as my personal agent, who suggested a few similar properties to see in addition to the one which we enquired about and to our surprise, we ended up going for a completely different style of flat than what we first imagined! The whole process was slick, non-stressful and made me change my previous prejudices of using an high street estate agent. My wife and I are loving our new flat and we couldn't be more happy.
