Worst experience ever.
My partner and me rented an apartment through this branch and the treatment was unacceptable.
First of all, we were told we had to wait till the property was checked the day we were moving in: The moment we got in the flat, the apartment was completely dirty, filthy and smelly carpet, running tap, oven not working, among many many other problems. We were told by the agent that professional cleaning is always a MUST before the next tenants move in.
Out of the 2 set of keys we were given, one of them was not complete, resulting in one of us being locked out of the house for two hours. We popped in this branch to get another set of keys, which resulted to be also incomplete. The solution provided by one of the members of staff? Make a copy ourselves and send a picture of the receipt to the landlord for him to reinvest it. Still haven’t got paid for that.
The flat has security alarm and motions sensors all over the apartment. No passwords were provided, which resulted in the alarm going off during the night out of nowhere without having any directions provided to avoid the problem.
After communicating these problems to the agent we rented the property with, she did nothing but promise she was working on it and being in touch with the landlord to provide us with solutions as soon as possible.
The desperation forced us to contact the landlord ourselves and, when he was acknowledged of the situation, he claimed he had never been informed about anything from the agency.
We are extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of respect. Would never recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Matthew Smith & his Team. Over my years of experience, he was the first Agent who consistently & regularly updated me throughout the process without prompting & whose patience in dealing with all parties was exemplary. Well done!
