Serge and colleagues looked after the sale of property in Ingram Road N2 for my sister and I found them to be professional, responsive and helpful in all my dealings with them. Serge kept me up to speed with offers (and the likelihood they would come to fruition) and picked up on shoddy workmanship carried out on behalf of insurers in time for me to get it put right. They all kept in good humour throughout.
