A great agency overall. The viewings were booked quickly and efficiently, with their recommended properties both being very relevant to my needs. Communication was easy and I was contact immediately following the booking and on the day of the viewing to confirm. Raakhee was there on time and was able to answer all of our questions without being pushy. Both properties showed well, although one needed a little work, which the agent agreed with. Unfortunately did not decide on either of the properties, but Raakhee was kind and understanding throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Dan Reid provided an absolute superb service and cannot be praised highly enough. I was in a chain of 7 and Dan stepped in at a difficult time as my previous buyers withdrew (for personal reasons) at the last moment. I needed to secure new buyers quickly and received an offer for the full asking place on the same day that the previous buyers withdrew. We needed to move quickly and Dan went above and beyond in pro actively keeping the entire chain up to date with developments and in ensuring that the sale proceeded promptly. In addition, my vendor did not have an agent, so Dan had to do more of the work than could generally be anticipated: he did this cheerfully and without complaint. Dan also worked very hard to ensure that my vendor's vendor (who was particularly anxious) was kept reassured as to timetable and general progress. One of Dan's biggest strengths is that he is very prompt in returning calls and pro active at making contact in the first place; as the client you are never left chasing him! Dan was a rock: a reassuring presence in the general turmoil, which inevitably results from such a long chain. Dan was an absolute star from start to finish and his support ensured that stress was kept to the minimum and at a manageable level!
