Avoid this agency if possible, they are going to waste your time. They would ask you send first months rent plus the full deposit before signing a tenancy agreement. After I refused to pay 2500 pounds without having anything to show for I had a call with one of the landlords named Nick. He threw a temper tantrum on a phone call with me after I wished to sign before paying and hung up the phone. I called him unprofessional and he rescinded the offer.
Edit to respond to the reply of the agency:
It is not standard procedure to send first months rent and deposit before signing, you do this after signing. I have talked to 3 other agencies after trying to rent from you and they all found your process laughable. Regarding Nick, of course he is going to say that. Frankly, it is embarassing that a man of his age acts like a child throwing a tantrum. This is probably due to the fact he inherited his houses and never had to rent for a day in his life. I did not refuse to pay, he rescinded the offer because I dared asking to sign something before sending 2500 pounds. And yes he did hang up the phone without saying anytning so this goes to show how professional he is.

Susan and the team at Keats are wonderful, personable and professional. I have rented in London for about 20 years and they are without doubt the best estate agents I have dealt with (there have been many).
Nothing is too much trouble, they keep you informed of everything and make the whole process very smooth. They take real care to look after you and are extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The other tenants in the building all feel the same!

Completely a waste of time company. The company took my holding deposit to then make every excuse not to rent to me. This is a scam!!! Sharon acted very rude on the phone treating me like a fresh of the boat immigrant even thought I've been legally in the ul for 16 years, have rented, and have a high career profession in permanent employment for years. What a joke! Immigrants, watch out. Not to be trusted!!! Acting like immigration officers w/ clear discrimination

Good experience ever. Since I rented my first flat from Keats in 2018, they had helped a lot. Susan showed me the flat, a nice lady, and Claire was the mainly charge in the whole process, helpful and professional. I rented for only one year, but which lefe me the perfect first impression on London. Three years later, when I need a receipt of rental fee, Claire responded and gave me a formal receipt in a light speed. Although, I am not the their customer, they are as friendly as before. Thank you. Strongly recommend.

Renting from this agent for 5 years was the worst experience i have ever had and believe me when i say lots of bad landlords out there. My flat suffered from very bad damp and with a disgusting musty smell. After being constantly fobbed off by the agents in my desperation i took the matter to the councils private tenants team and instead of the work being done received section 21 eviction which according to the housing charity shelter is a revenge eviction which is happening more within the private sector. Hence why i was left in the health hazard until i managed to secure alternative housing. Sky News filmed me in July 2014 so everything you read here is genuine. To add insult to injury after living in those filthy and dangerous conditions and after leaving the flat clean the landlord and agents have held onto my deposit and 8 weeks later i have still not received it back. So please if you are considering renting from these rogue agents please look elsewhere.
