I have recently viewed a rented property that was on with keats and I can say our experience was really positive. The agents, Susan and Rosa were really lovely. I felt Rosa who showed us around really cared about our search and was honest and open. They are a really friendly estate agent and have since reached out with some properties. I can highly recommend using this estate agent.

Completely a waste of time company. The company took my holding deposit to then make every excuse not to rent to me. This is a scam!!! Sharon acted very rude on the phone treating me like a fresh of the boat immigrant even thought I've been legally in the ul for 16 years, have rented, and have a high career profession in permanent employment for years. What a joke! Immigrants, watch out. Not to be trusted!!! Acting like immigration officers w/ clear discrimination

Great service! I dealt with Susan throughout my process of finding a home and she was wonderful. I was relocating for a job and she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for me and I can’t thank her enough for that. I also dealt with Claire once my offer on a home was accepted and she’s been great with me too. Would highly recommend!!
