Hamptons was great in finding me an immediate new tenant for my flat. With only a two day gap between old and new tenants there was a lot to do in making sure it was fully compliant and ready for my new tenants. Poppy at Hamptons Muswell Hill branch was incredibly helpful with advice and guidance, as well as providing invaluable assistance with sourcing several trades people I needed at short notice. I thoroughly recommend their service, and Poppy is especially helpful, professional and good at her job.

We put our house on at a very difficult time in the market, but fortunately we had a positive result with Hamptons.
Within the first two weeks we had twenty viewings, and a few weeks later we agreed a sale.
Around 40% of London deals were collapsing at the time, but Abi & Natalie ensured everything completed, despite any issues that arose.
We are now very settled in our new home and would recommend the team for their diligence and hard work.

Landlords beware.
We let our property with Hamptons Muswell Hill, under a fully managed service. The fully managed service is basically a person dedicated to forwarding every request of the tenant to the landlord and putting together inflated quotes for minor things like changing light bulbs. They do not verify tenant requests and check if the works are actually needed or justified. E.g Tenant would like to remove the dimmability feature in the lighting or they would like crome brushed switches installed. Ridiculous!
They will simple only act in the interest of the tenant because they can take a cut from their approved contractors bill so they create more and more “repair” jobs for landlords. Being responsible landlords if you offer to get any work done independently for 1/10 of the cost they encourage the tenant to refuse access to the property during working hours and will pressure you to only use their contractors that can attend out of hours.
As overseas landlords we thought this would give us peace of mind but it has been the opposite. Save yourself the trouble and avoid using them if you have a property in Muswell Hill.

We used Hamptons in Muswell Hill to find a new flat for my elderly disabled brother in June 2023. Poppy at Hamptons was very pleasant and helpful, and found us a lovely flat which was appropriate for his needs….She was also there to give advice when needed . Would definitely recommend the service given by this agent in Muswell Hill.

We had a fantastic experience with Dan and Natalie at Hamptons. We previously had a sale fall through at a very late stage with Dexters and Hampton came on board shortly afterwards. They found us a buyer within three weeks of marketing the property. They also got us to exchange within two months of accepting the offer so we could move in before Christmas. The fact that this was done during a downturn in the economy and the property market is truly incredible. Throughout the process they were diligent, communicative and caring about us as the vendor and the buyers. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Best estate agent in Muswell Hill!!!

Very impressed with the level of care and service at Hamptons. (Muswell Hill & Crouch end branch) Poppy has been brilliant in every way. Particularly with communication & overall positive demeanour. She also went above and beyond to organise that the property was very clean prior to our move-in. I shall certainly be back for future rentals when I’m due to move again. Five stars !
