Had a booking for a viewing for a property on a Saturday me & my partner both left work in Leeds. We arrived at the property early our time for viewing came knocked on door no answer rang the office closed till Monday decided to wait it out incase they the agent was running late wait d over a hour no one turned up wasted a day no communication from them at all. Very unprofessional not a way to run a business. Not the first time it has happened this has happened on a previous occasion with another property I tried to view I thought maybe it’s one of them days & mistakes happen but looks like this is a common thing for this company especially for buyers.

We have used Peter Kemp and his agency a few times for both buying an selling houses over the past 10 years . The agency has just sold my father in laws house , they got a buyer within the first week , everything went smoothly , the staff are always polite and friendly and will chase up enquiries when they need doing . All in all very impressed as usual.
