I used Pure to sell my mother's bungalow. Emily came to value the property and I found her to be very polite and knowledgeable. She was also very understanding and caring to our personal situation.
We had an offer on the bungalow after 5 weeks and the sake is now complete. I found everyone I dealt with at Pure to be very efficient.

Very disappointing! We were very keen to view a rental offered by this agency, but were delayed in the traffic. Despite having called ahead to advise that we’d be a little late, the agent took the next booking and shut us out (literally shut the door as we approached). She was very abrupt and unfriendly and not interested in trying to assist us. We won’t consider Pure Estate Agents in future.

To say that this sale was hard to get over the line is an understatement. I had 4 offers fall through with another agent, prior to instructing Nathan at Pure. He was brilliant!
From offer to completion Nathan was on hand (often at ungodly hours) to assist and guide myself and the buyer through the process and he made each hiccup feel a breeze!
Other agents were unable to secure viewings, let alone offers/sales and I cannot be happier to have instructed him!

The team at Pure helped us in purchasing our new home in the summer post Lockdown 1. It is safe to say we appointed possibly the worst solicitors ever who appeared to actively do everything they could to delay our purchase. Nathan and Vicky worked with me to communicate with the solicitors in order to keep the process moving. The Pure team kept the vendor up to date the whole time to ensure that they knew we were doing all we could to progress the sale.
We finally moved in at the end of September when I had almost resigned myself to not moving in before Christmas.

Nathan was a pleasure to work with on our house purchase. He is extremely professional and had to handle a very difficult chain based around the country, which I’m very grateful for his efforts to get everything finalised. First I do not believe any of the 1 star reviews given. I believe these to be competitors or trolls!
Nathan has just dealt with the worst sale and purchase you could imagine. A long chain with most other links lying continuously or not caring. Nathan was the complete opposite, often working late into the evening to try and resolve issues. We would not have had this service had we dealt with one of the awful national chains! The agents who sheepdip clients and treat them with contempt. The ones who have staff who 2 weeks earlier were selling mobile phones and now consider themselves property experts.
If you are in any doubt who to employ to sell your home use Pure. I have been in property finance over 25 years and was hugely impressed with the way in which we were looked after. If you decided to use another agent to save money, this is a foolish move. Nathan will achieve the absolute best price for your home and will manage both yours and your purchasers expectations perfectly.

From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant and were only sorry the house we purchased was not with this agent.If in the future we need a agent this will be our go to place.

If you live in the West End area and you’re thinking about selling your property, then I highly recommend using Pure Estate Agents. Nathan and Vickie really are a credit to the profession - knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely nice people. I almost felt like Nathan was a friend as he would give an opinion ‘not just as an estate agent’ about the suitability of a property, it’s location etc.
Pure score 10 out of 10 in my book.

Interesting that my previous review has been removed. Previously upped fees at the last minute claiming that they were being bought out by another estate agent so I had to pay the higher fees for the other estate agent. Being in a desperate situation - we had no choice. Would absolutely avoid.

We have recently sold through Pure and Nathan has far exceeded my expectations. I have never known an estate agent to be so proactive. Nathan has been excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the way, without his tenacity we would probably still be going back and forth between solicitors!
