We found our entire purchase process with Pygott and Crone incredibly frustrating and stressful. Communication was painful and more of a hindrance than helpful. Awful experience when attempting to by my first home. Had offer accepting, signed papers and was sourcing my own mortgage broker by day 2 had a phone call to say that my offer has been cancelled as someone has put a higher offer in even though all docs are signed! Agent was rude and put a lot of pressure on me to use all of there own suppliers which was intimidating as a first time woman buyer.... Read more
