Absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and with Quay its like dealing with 'friends' rather than the old school robotic 'you're just a client' estate agent.
Its clear they see that they are helping you move into your home and do all they can to make a potentially stressful situation be as pleasant and smooth as possible.
The after care is as good as the moving in, all the contractor are great and things get fixed efficiently and with a smile.
Highly recommended :)... Read more

This is the first time we have used Quay Property to find us a tenant. They were recommended to us by another landlord. The letting agent "H" was fantastic! even with the hassles with covid. He was professional from the start, listened to us, answered our queries quickly and found our lovely new tenants within a week. The first rent payment was paid very promptly. Would definitely use them again.... Read more

The worst agency I have ever dealt with. Moved out of the property 4 weeks ago and have still not received deposit back despite the landlord instructing them to release. Tenancy was full of problems caused entirely by the agency culminating in an eviction notice being issued despite the landlord having no idea and the contract had been renewed 3 days previously. Spoke on the phone with them about staying and speaking to third person on tenancy but they did not retract the notice or acknowledge in writing that it was invalid. Then tried to charge us £400 to change the contract when somebody had to move out due to being furloughed. Landlord had no idea about eviction notice or the charges. We then decided to honor the eviction notice as we had never received a retraction and were faced with paying £400 for nothing and was told we had to pay rent for an extra 3 weeks. The agency then lied on my reference and said I paid rent late EVERY month (twice in 16 months due to pandemic). Then did a check out report trying to charge 300 for a clean, claiming things were missing which clearly were there. To top this off the agency has been relieved of their duties and instructed to release the deposit but 28 days after vacating the property we have still not received it.
Have never dealt with a less professional letting agent. Now going to DPS. A complete nightmare.
Edit - I cannot be bothered responding to their message in full but avoid at all costs if possible. Landlord has confirmed he is happy for new agent to agree to deposit refund amount and Quay will be instructed. It is not Quay Properties authority yet you see the below. Terrible terrible company.... Read more

Have had many issues getting a hold of the agents at Quay. Amy is especially difficult to deal with due to constant availability issues. I was even asked to remove this review, despite nothing I've written to be false.
During my tenancy, we had a broken window that never got fixed while and are still waiting for our move out to be completed 3 months after returning the keys to the property and 2 months after the property has been fully cleared. Would not recommend renting through them.... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
