Originally I made contact with Maria to seek advice regarding tenanted property.
Maria could not have been more helpful on our initial contact and during our follow up at the office.
We agreed to sell early December 2024. Although not an ideal time to sell, the property sold within a few weeks.
Unfortunately, due to an issue further down the chain this fell through.
Both, Maria and Victoria were extremely reassuring at this point and they immediately went live again with the property. They managed to sell once again within 5 days.
Everyone is a phone call away and nothing is troublesome for them.
Victoria will keep you updated throughout regarding viewings and outcomes etc.
So, if your looking to sell your home, rent, let or make enquiries regarding all financial matters then i would highly recommend choosing R & G.

Wouldn’t even give them one star. Absolutely ripped off by this company through my whole time of letting with them. Ross especially isn’t interested in anything, even if the home isn’t liveable, as long as you’re paying rent. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone but especially young people as they very obviously prey upon this.

R&G Financial services are simply the best you could use. I have used them twice now to buy properties and sell my current flat. Both times, managed to get everything sorted in a week or two. Not only did the estate agent side sell our flat in under a week but we managed to get way over home report value for it. They made every part of the process easy and stress free from the very beginning.They even managed to refer us a solicitor. Andrew is amazing, I constantly refer him to family and friends and they also highly recommend, he couldnt of made us feel more secure and happy and was always very prompt (and for someone as busy as he is, we really valued that). We used R&G to sell our flat and we could not be happier with all the support we received. Ross was great. He came out to take pictures straight away and our flat sold very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Had no problems whilst renting here, rent always paid on time and comminication was good HOWEVER I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews on here for them and taken pictures when i moved in.... the place needed some basic cleaning, no issue didn't take me long however on leaving the property R and G have decided to deduct £160 from my deposit to clean a fridge, a hob and oven.
So read the other reviews as well as mine and make your mind up, you'll see a pattern with this group, I'm not the first and won't be the last to be fleeced by them, don't let it happen to you, take photos when you move in and when you leave otherwise they will charge excessive fees. I didn't expect this at all given all previous dealings with them were fine so be warned, I don't appreciate having money pretty much stolen from me in this way, at the end of the day we are all human beings and deserve to be treated with respect.
Again if the negative reviews on here are all similar and essentially from the same hymn sheet best remember there's no smoke without fire. Use at your own risk and take steps to ensure you are not mugged by them.
I will of course take the matter further but that will require more of my time and energy so I hope this review along with the others on here written along the same lines will save others from experiencing this. To wipe the surfaces will take less than 15 minutes work so £160 is completely unjustifiable and disgraceful to say the least.

The staff are not interested in helping you and their way of dealing with an issue is to ignore it and hope it goes away. The owner Conner McNulty is deliberately useless. If you deal with him or his company, expect to write a review like this at some point.

We recently sold our house with the help of R&G and highly recommend this very professional local company.
From our first engagement with them at their Milngavie office, the sale process was slick and hassle free. Conor was very pleasant to deal with. Never pushy and always on top of anything we asked, he was the Estate agent we hoped we would find one day - it took 9 house moves for this to happen!
R&G marketed our property exactly as we hoped they would. Puting 'feelers' out before it came to market meant that within 45 minutes of it hitting Rightmove we had 7 viewings booked. Of those 7, 4 viewed our property that evening and we agreed a sale within 24 hours!
Thank you R&G and especially Conor - a credit to the Estate Agent profession.

Having previously rented a property through R & G and receiving a dedicated and attentive service during our tenancy we decided to use them again when selling our home.
In our experience the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in response to our questions and meeting our needs. Having decided to place the property on the market R & G had several viewings arranged within the first day and worked with us to assist in hosting viewings. Conor successfully secured a buyer within the first week the property was on the market.
In short our experience, as both tenants and as home sellers, the level of service we received from R & G Estate Agents was second to none and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Don't use this letting agents. My daughter in law has just had her eyes ripped out when she was told about her deposit after returning her keys to them. She waited months for things to be fixed and according to this company it was her fault. My daughter in law has worked all her days and got ridiculed by this so called fabulous company. Also be weary as they are all related and are a clearly a tight knit family trying to cover up for each other. Make sure all complaints and repairs are in writing and take regular pictures as proof of everything.
