I was extremely happy with the service at bishopbriggs branch, my family have used them in the past, so I knew this was the place to go. I made an appointment and Stuart came to my home, I felt very comfortable with Stuart he brought examples of home similar to my own, to give an idea of the possible price ranges that could be achieved. I was extremely happy with the photos and video of my property. Kim was fantastic she kept me up to date and was very patient with me when I was extremely busy at work and couldn't get to the phone. I would highly recommend SH Bishopbriggs if you are looking to sell your property in the surrounding areas. Having approached three Bishopbriggs agents to value my late mother’s property I instructed Slater Hogg based on my initial contact with Stuart. He provided the valuation (essentially the same as other agents) but, importantly, kept in touch appropriately until I was in a position to sell. Once on the market the sale was handled by Kim whose experience paid dividends in ensuring I had the right advice and guidance on selecting the most secure offer. In addition she aided in ensuring vendor / buyer communications were clarified as the sale drew close to conclusion. I went to Slater, Hogg and Howison in Bishopbriggs in June 2019 initially to look at an advertised house. As I also required a new mortgage, I was put in touch with the mortgage advisor there, Fiona Robertson, who took me through the whole process of getting the best mortgage deal and applying for that deal. It all went through successfully and, whilst I did not buy a house through Slater, Hogg as the house I wanted to buy was with another estate agent, they were closely in touch with me throughout the whole house buying and, in particular, financial, process. I found Kim Barrows, Fiona Robertson and the other staff there to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. The initial meetings with Stuart to organise the single survey and advertising content went really well and I recieved excellent advice on all matters.The online advert with photos was very proffessional and the marketing / sales strategy with regard to the starting price was 100% effective. As I live in the Western Isles, it was a great relief to know that Kim and her team were there to organise all viewings on my behalf. We had over 40 viewings of the property and the house sold within 3 weeks. I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them to any prospective sellers.
