House search, not very helpful, rude staff especially Naomi who gets snotty on the phone and that’s if they arnt ignoring your calls in the first place.
They try to bend the rules to suit themselves and try to pull the wool over your eyes.
Wouldn’t trust them at all.

Good experience buying our first house through R A Bennett despite the difficult market at the moment. They kept us regularly updated of properties coming on the market and were really friendly on all viewings and interactions we had. Pleased to have completed on a property in a little over 3 months from the time of getting an offer accepted! From start to finish, Syd, James and Cathy were fantastic. House sold within days (before it was even posted on RightMove!). I was kept up to date throughout the process. I was a little apprehensive of using the in-house legal services but it turns out they were far better than a small "independent" conveyancer I've used before. Would definitely use R. A. Bennett again.
