RA Bennett were helpful and responsive when I was looking to sell my property last year, and I appreciated their support during that process. However, since then I’ve continued to receive monthly phone calls asking if I’m ready to sell again, despite explaining multiple times that I have no plans to do so in the foreseeable future. This has become quite frustrating and feels unnecessary. A better approach to respecting customer preferences would improve the experience significantly.

Chloe at R A Bennett, made the whole process of letting our property very easy. She communicate well, advised when necessary and showed she actually cared and understood our situation. I felt we were in good hands with Chloe.

Would highly recommend. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks.
Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property.
We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day.
They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.
