We approached RA Bennett because friends had shared good experiences with them.<br><br>They were quick to respond and create a marketing plan. They also found a buyer before the house was listed on Rightmove.<br><br>They managed the whole sales process well, with good communication and good humour. Very good value for money.

We had a really positive experience with Katie. She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout, and always took the time to answer our questions and understand what we were looking for.<br><br>Although we haven’t found the right property for us yet, we really appreciated Katie’s time, patience and help. It was a pleasure dealing with her and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the area.

I cannot recommend Tara highly enough. From the outset, she took the time to clearly explain all of the options available to me and ensured that I fully understood everything. She was clearly an expert in her field and was able to answer every question I had with real confidence, clarity and depth.<br><br>What particularly stood out was Tara’s patience and kindness. I had a lot of questions, but she never made me feel rushed or as though I was asking too much. She took the time to talk everything through properly and made what could have been a complicated and overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable.<br><br>Tara’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for her clients are exceptional. My partner rented through RA Bennet Leamington. After giving notice, she informed them that she was abroad for a period and that she did not consent to viewings during this period. They went ahead with viewings anyway and accessed the property without warning in breach of the tenancy. We felt violated and that this was an invasion of our privacy. In response they said nothing had been stolen. This was beside the point. They are aware that this was illegal and against her specific instructions but went ahead anyway.

Would highly recommend. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks.
Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property.
We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day.
They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.
