They arranged an online property viewing, which was extremely convenient for us, and were always available to answer our questions over the phone and via email. We honestly couldn’t recommend R&A Bennett enough. Oliver and Lotti have been absolutely amazing from start to finish while helping us secure our new home. We had a few difficulties with references, a longer notice period on our current property and needed some flexibility with viewings, but nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.<br><br>They have both been incredibly helpful, patient and understanding throughout the whole process, always keeping us updated and doing everything they could to help make things work for us. Moving house can be stressful, but they have made the whole experience so much easier and we are so grateful for all of their help.<br><br>Thank you so much Oliver and Lotti! We cannot wait to get the keys!! ????????????

Would highly recommend. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks.
Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property.
We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day.
They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

We just sold our home and I would highly recommend RA Bennett’s Estate Agency in Broadway, Worcestershire.<br><br>Emily took the reins and worked tirelessly with us and all of the relevant parties for the sale of our property ! She managed the whole process through to exchange and completion, which ultimately happened on the same day.<br><br>It was a hugely stressful process, with some unexpected external challenges along the way, but Emily remained professional, calm and diplomatic at all times. Her communication was excellent, and she and her colleagues handled everything incredibly well.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more support. Chelsea at R.A. Bennett was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, kept everything moving quickly and communicated brilliantly throughout. I never had to chase or nudge for an update, which made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team were also lovely and helpful.
