I'm a first time buyer, and was my first time dealing with estate agents, and R.A Bennett Leamington were exceptional from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and helped with any queries I had, whilst keeping me up to date with the process and what was required. I really recommend them :)

My partner rented through RA Bennet Leamington. After giving notice, she informed them that she was abroad for a period and that she did not consent to viewings during this period. They went ahead with viewings anyway and accessed the property without warning in breach of the tenancy. We felt violated and that this was an invasion of our privacy. In response they said nothing had been stolen. This was beside the point. They are aware that this was illegal and against her specific instructions but went ahead anyway.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!<br><br>An absolute disgraceful and terrible service from these agents.<br>Once they got me on their books I felt like they just left me and my property, sat back and waited for the phone to ring,<br>I had to write my own property descriptions, they sent customers that weren't able to obtain mortgages or understood the processes,<br>No for sale signage anywhere around my property despite there being on others nearby from this agent and asked multiple times.. this was clearly breach of my contract conditions.<br>Communication was pretty much none existent, left 12 weeks and not 1 call from them, constantly calling but never called back, 2 managers had been and gone in my time with Bennetts and considering there is roughly 7 working in the office I expected better.<br>A complete waste of 5 months of everyones time and energy.<br>I feel these agents were incompetent and lacking knowledge.<br>If R.A.Bennetts would like to submit all of their actual workings for my time spent with them to prove they were in no way breach of contract or negligent then by all means do so.

Would highly recommend. Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks.
Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property.
We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day.
They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.
