My sister and I have had a great experience with RA Bennett. We received exceptional service and support throughout our move in journey. Oliver, in particular, was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were surprised at how easy and efficient their services made the process, allowing us to have a hassle-free and minimally stressful move. We would highly recommend!

We recently dealt with a rental property through your company. Jessica, Ellouise and Terri were at all times professional, friendly and patient. My queries were addressed immediately and I was so impressed that even though an overseas party was involved the procedure ran smoothly. Well done and thank you.

We rented property through RA Bennet and as it was good deal for us we lived in that property for almost 2 and half year. We paid all the rents/deposit on time. Property was old so there were always some minor/major issues. Due to mold related issue we had to close down one bedroom. So we were able to use only 1 bedroom. Anyway for two of us it was sufficient.
The problem is we have left the property on 28th August 2024, we left the property as we received it, there were minor wear and tear.
It's been 2 months now as of today on 28th October RA Bennet and landlord hasn't released my deposit.
The new tenant is living in this property since 28th August.
This is really frustrating as they are not giving me proper feedback.
If you rent property from them then say goodbye to your deposit. I am going to take legal route now as £850 is big amount for us.

Let me applaud the RA Bennett team for their actual good work unlike their cousins (Accord Lettings who are just focussed in selling insurance++). Had a bad experience with Accords, hence took service from RA Bennett, no qualms.

Lotti was so so helpful moving us into our house. There were lots of unexpected hold ups on our end and she dealt with them amazingly and calmly which really helped in such a stressful time. We got the keys exactly on our move in date even though it didn’t look very promising for a while. So friendly and quick to respond, I owe them a big thank you.
