Communication was good in first 2 months, but after that , over the 4 months following, the Communication was extremely poor.
I gave notice and didn't have acknowledgement. I had to make calls you get feedback, with the Manager promising to speak to our Negotiator do she would call us, but on 2 occasions I requested feedback, and no comms from them.
Then, when going in to collect our key, I overheard the Manager apologising to a man o the phone because they had lost their key. As it was now a 15 min wait, I thought I would ask if there was a problem? The Manager apologised that they seemed to have lost our key too!!!
Our home is at risk, do we have asked Bennetts to pay to change our locks.
We have gone to Sheldon Bosley Knight, who have already got us a viewing, and are very professional.

Oliver C. has been fantastic from the very first viewing of the property all the way through to handing over the keys and even beyond. Whenever we’ve had questions, he has always been approachable, responsive, and happy to help with both friendly and professional attitude.
We were impressed by how quickly he replied to emails, which made the whole moving process feel smooth and stress-free. He made sure everything was prepared in advance and that all of our questions were fully answered.

We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent.
We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts.
The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months.
The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment.
We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers.
The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old.
Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly.
Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale!
