I would just like to praise the wonderful staff at Reeds Rains Acomb, with special stand out mention to Estelle. We all know how frustrating the conveyance process can be and when trying to juggle busy work schedules as well as try and chase and progress solicitors this can become extremely trying. Estelle has been with me every step of the process providing advice and assurance as well as chasing and progressing my sale and purchase. It's comforting to know that I have had someone to rely on at my busiest times. Estelle has been considerate and understanding to my pressures and has gone above and beyond in acting as a comprehensive liaison, making sure that I have had someone fighting my corner every step of the way. I have been greatly impressed by Mike Holmes and the whole of the Reeds Rains team in Acomb. Mike was friendly, efficient and professional throughout the whole process - from viewing the property to handing over the keys and afterwards.
