I would like highly recommend reeds rains haxby branch, especially Karen Gill who was excellent in all aspects of selling our home. Without her help i doubt if we would have got our 5 week completion finalised, solicitors lost important paperwork but Karen came to the rescue having scanned and saved all my documents she could sort the solicitor out for me! Excellent service from start to finish, Thank you Karen x

A genuinely lovely branch with amazing staff members, of note Karen Cocker.
I have to say that in the 2years that I have been renting out my property with Karen's 5 star management I have had not a single drama. Her assesment on potential tenants has been spot on each time, wrt her interaction with myself she is always happy, helpful calm and collected in solving any and all problems in short order.
I couldn't ask for a more cheerful, courteous, diligent and professional lettings manager.

We’ve just moved into a property from reeds rains , we booked the viewing smoothly after speaking to Karen cocker we met her at the property and immediately felt at ease while viewing she answered all questions we had explained the process and let us have a look on our own too, we went ahead with the property and everything was smooth Karen was brilliant with communication and always at the other end of the phone when I wasn’t tech savvy enough to fill forms in ???? our experience with reeds rains and Karen has been excellent and hope to be with these guys for years to come thanks for helping us with our family home ????

We recently rented a property through Reeds Rains and we can’t fault them at all. Karen Cocker showed us round the property and answered every question we had and was very friendly. She kept in contact frequently with us during the signing process and was available for us to contact if we needed to discuss anything further. Karen also promptly sorted out an issue we had with our property and within 48 hours it was sorted, which was very efficient. Karen has been great with us, being first time renters she has talked us through the process simply and in depth. Thanks Karen :)
