Letting side terrible never follow up on leads never give you updates when said youd be contacted and fail to turn for booked viewings fees expensive terrible service hate having to rent and this type of service just adds to it. Worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. Wasted our time and built up our hopes for nothing. Do not make out that you have accepted our offer, book us in with the mortgage advisor and then tell us the offer hasn't even been accepted. Completely ludicrous.

Our house was on the market for 8 months (initially during the autumn and winter months) and the team at Reeds Rains took responsibility for the whole process of appointment booking and showing people round the house. During this time my husband became very ill and the house was not the priority. The team, Steve, Holly and Amy were so helpful, considerate and caring during this time and it really was a personalised service that they gave to me. The house has sold now and the team were on the end of the phone giving me advice along the way about the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Reeds Rains Middlewich have gone above and beyond when I was losing hope in finding a tenant for my property.From the beginning they explained throughly what was expected as a landlord and the different services they could tailor to my needs.
