Worst estate agent I've ever dealt with. Wasted our time and built up our hopes for nothing. Do not make out that you have accepted our offer, book us in with the mortgage advisor and then tell us the offer hasn't even been accepted. Completely ludicrous.

We recently remortgaged with Reeds Rains, and it was a wise move. On enquiry, an appt was promptly arranged with Adam and we found him to be well prepared and knowledgeable. We were happy to act on his recommendations. Following our appt with Adam, Daniel then picked up our case and managed the entire process on our behalf, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism, keeping us up to date regularly and always responding to any queries quickly. His efficiency and expertise gave us confidence, and reassured us that we'd made the right decision trusting the remortgage to Reeds Rains. Overall, a very positive experience and one that has, without doubt, benefitted us financially.

I have bought two houses (and sold one) with Reeds Rains in 12 months, using Adam as my mortgage broker each time. However, Adam is not just a mortgage broker he is much more - he went the extra mile in so many circumstances, he's friendly, incredibly proactive and gets the job done!
