"Lorraine & Abbi have provided me with an amazing 5 star service! Their main focus was getting the right tenant for my property and I was very happy with their recommendation and the very stringent checks they carried out. The process was very quick and I was updated all the way. I also took their advice and have rent and legal insurance for complete peace of mind should there be any surprises with my tenant down the line. Worst agency to use for landlords. Do not deliver what you believe you have signed up for. Never follow up with rent arrears .I as a landlord have done all the chasing with tenants and the agency. Definitely poor communication and they do not accept accountability for their errors they pass the blame on to yourself .
What makes it worse they proceed to put all my case concerns with dates on Google review. No regard for client confidentiality or data protection.

I've been letting a property since September 14th, 2023. My lease is due to expire on September 13th, 2024. I have been trying to get a response as to whether my lease can be continued. I contacted the lettings team on July 15th which lead to a request for further information which was provided on July 17th. July 29th, still no response to contacted the office only to be advised the person dealing with it was on AL until August 1st but someone would make the agent aware and to contact me. August 15th I still had no response to emailed yet again. We are now on August 23rd and still nobody has had the courtesy to email me back with an update. Frustrating but typical attitude of the attitude of the branch for the last 12 months.

The Team is very helpful in finding me a tenant, but they were rushing the tenant on viewing I have been told. Secondly team hasn’t notified me earlier if there is any cleaning required. This could be the reason it has taken a lot longer to find the tenant which is just over a month. I will recommend Reed Rains in Rotherham to everyone they are very friendly & helpful team.

Appalling service doesn't give u the time of day wen looking to rent, time wasters doesn't get back to u with step forward to let a flat after viewing, called everyday and get fobbed off waiting for them to talk to landlord, abi was polite but wud prefer a company that wastes your time to just simply say they're not interested v4 the viewing, also plz stop sending me property alerts u have no desire to rent out thanks

I did my research as to which estate agents to use as I had heard lots of horror stories, Reeds rains was one of the top rated with really good reviews so we went with them to sell our house. My husband and I had been in our house for almost 25 years so were very new to dealing with estate agents. We are so pleased that we went with Reeds rains in Rotherham and would highly recommend them to everyone. Nicola was absolutely brilliant as were the other girls in the office. Nicola gave us regular updates during the marketing and selling process and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and to offer reassurrance. If we ever needed an estate agents in future we would go straight with Reeds rains. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you Nicola and crew!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have recently sold my house with Reeds Rains Rotherham and the service from my initial call through to completion was exceptional. If you are looking for an agent that goes the extra mile where nothing is too much then look no further. Special mentions to Nicola and Daniel who dealt with my sale who were both fantastic and kept me up to date even when there was no further progression with the sale.
