31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Redbrik chesterfield were very good compared to the previous estate agents. The bungalow was a probate sale and the buyer paid approx 20k less than the valuation however that was my choice to accept the offer as the executor of the property. Communication from Redbrik was excellent and they were very helpful and timely with responses to queries. I wish I had used them first.
28th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Worse agacy ever I'm have. If something broken like water leak you raport wait more then 7 days to somebody answer you. Same if you have any problem you send email you wait 7 days to reply from them. When you call nobody answer you leave voice massage not call you back. They call you tell you incredible story you have dog in home but you don't have. Never again cooperate with that agecy

We recently secured a property through Your Move in Mapplewell, and I must say that Rachel and Louise from the letting team have been nothing short of exceptional. Their willingness to assist was evident in every interaction, with no phone call ever being too much trouble. They were always ready to listen, offer guidance, and support us throughout the process. Relocating from Doncaster to Barnsley, with the added challenge of being over 45 minutes away, made the search for a new home quite stressful. 1st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)All in all, blundells were incredibly poor throughout. Altering things without our say so. Poor communication throughout sending me to do viewings and telling prospective buyers different days and times to me causing frustration. I understand the main problem maker has since left and thank goodness. We ended up being persuaded to go down the modern auction route and as a result, received much less that we would have liked.

2nd Sep 2024 (14 days ago)Absolutely outstanding agent. Hunters of Chesterfield are definitely a massive class above the rest. We have been landlords for some years and was a bit apprehensive in using any other agent as we had been badly affected by an agent in Nottingham. However, even on the get go, this Agent came over so very professional, but at the same time amazingly down to earth. Genuine, caring, extremely supportive and outstandingly professional. At the same time of checking out a possible agent for our property, we tried two agents at the same time, asking in depth questions and complicated scenarios. Their response (Mat) was impeccably detailed, informative, honest and extremely sincere. These responses, plus the fact that their intense knowledge, confidence and maturity stood way above the other agent. The confidence of knowing that they would do an amazing job convinced us to use them above any other agent within Chesterfield. To sum up, we were not disappointed. They were able to find a tenant that suited us and our standards immediately. In fact the brochure did not even get chance to be published. They all supported us, listened to needs, advised us and provided a service that left us speechless. We were even trying to persuade them to help us with the properties we have in Nottingham. But, obviously they are from Chesterfield.... Will definitely use them again. So much so that we will be looking for properties in Chesterfield as opposed to Nottingham (which is where we currently reside). Not only does Mat give an impression of impeccable experience, knowledge and understanding, but the other awesome members of staff are truly amazing as well. A highly caring, supportive agency. Never did I have any problems when calling them to be hearing endless answerphone messages and not being able to get to speak to someone. Every single time, during this journey there was ALWAYS someone at the end of the line. THANK YOU. Always willing to go the extra mile to help, advice and support. AMAZING!!!! And Mat, as the owner, would always be available - and on the odd occasion that he was not, all his staff (Oscar and others knew everything and were able to inform as well... WOW!) Not only that, what they said they would do, they followed it through. Extremely reliable, caring, genuine, professional people. They have such a warm and caring approach that it gives off a lovely, caring family vibe. Honestly, I have never found another agent with such professionalism, care and genuine support! Please don't hesitate to try Hunters at Chesterfield. I have done the research already for you. I have even carried out an interview with this agency and another. It was not an easy interview and with lots of cross-examining of scenarios that a Landlord would face and how they, as an agent would deal with it. They had definitely past the test with flying colours.. DYNAMIC! Don't hesitate to try them today. You will be seriously blown away!! Tell them that you saw my review and they come highly, and seriously recommended. (Note I am a perfectionist and very, very particular - but they blew me away with their confidence care, knowledge and professionalism. Mat and the rest of the team, THANK YOU HEAPS!! You have put some confidence back into my perception and belief in the system of using an agent to help in renting out my properties and being a landlord. BLESS YOU ALL. 24th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)It’s good to see a 4.9 review rating so I’m surprised that I experienced less than satisfactory courtesy when I enquired about the square footage of a property only to be told it is not something they have details of! I was not offered a brochure at the time, which gives measurements, the request was declined to add them up and it was suggested I ask the vendor at the viewing! During my initial enquiry to the office about the property by phone, the background noise by other members of staff was so loud I had trouble hearing my conversation. Hattie’s valuation on my property was very efficient.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

11th Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)We chose wards because of the estate agent's professionalism and her attitude. Our property sold within a month on placing it on the market and is in the early stages of this process so only time will tell and the next stages and how it processes.

16th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)My whole experience with Staton Mortgages was absolutely incredible and I would not have gotten through the house buying process. At my first appointment Clare spent over two hours going through the whole process with me making sure I understood everything as a first time buyer. My house buying process was not straight forward and had a few bumps and both Clare and Emma supported me every step of the way, even after my mortgage was offered they still continued to provide support, answering every silly little question I had! They are both worth their weight in gold!
