Then we came to bairstow and had a really positive experience with Ella. She was very informative and has been really helpful with the process. She was always an email/phone call away and no question felt stupid. I could not recommend Ella enough.

Photos where taken on a Thursday the house was up on Rightmove on the Monday, had 6 viewings and 2 offers on the Friday. I was kept upto date at all times, and cannot thank the team enough, especially Imogen who mainly dealt with me after i accepted an offer. Cant recommend them highly enough.
31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Excellent valuation that led to two viewings the day the property was advertised. One of those led to a bid for the asking price. Couldn't fault Wilson's for their professionalism and value for money and on our experience we would recommend them to anyone.

Within the first week we had 3 viewings one of which turned into an offer. Throughout the process from Leanne at valuation to Maisie and Emily during the viewing and bid process they have been excelllent.

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Moving house has to be one of the most stressful things that you go through in life so when you instruct an estate agent you hope that everything is going to go as smoothly as possible. Fortunately for us we decided to use Rice Chamberlain to help us sell our house and they were excellent. At every stage of the sale James was open, honest and did what he said he was going to do quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent, not only with us but also with solicitors and the other estate agents in the chain. It really felt like you had someone fighting your corner which took so much stress out of the whole process. If we ever move again then they’ll be the only people we call.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
11th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)We chose wards because of the estate agent's professionalism and her attitude. Our property sold within a month on placing it on the market and is in the early stages of this process so only time will tell and the next stages and how it processes.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)From the moment that Shaun walked into my late parents’ home to value it, my boyfriend and I knew he was the right estate agent to go with. From the beginning to the end, Shaun was friendly, honest, upfront and very respectful of the difficult time I was going through after losing my mother. As I live in London and couldn’t be at the house often, Shaun would go the extra mile to check on it, organise and supervise repairs after a leak was discovered and even returned to the property after the sale had taken place to collect some belongings that I left behind that had huge sentimental value. I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun to anyone. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. You will definitely feel looked after.

Emma Atkinson was absolutely amazing- she kept us fully informed about the property we applied to rent, was always extremely friendly and seemed almost as happy as us when we were approved! I think I must have phoned the agency about 3-4 times throughout the process with questions, and nothing was ever too much trouble- couldn’t recommend them enough :)
