After purchasing our first home and enjoying a few years living in the Chesterfield area my husband was posted away, so we made the hard decision to move altogether and let our first family home. Originally, we approached a different company due to having no experience with letting, but the house remained up for rent for several months with no interest. In desperate need of a quick rental, and only two weeks before moving we found Phoebe from Frank Innes lettings department.
Phoebe was amazing. The house was put up for rent with Frank Innes that same day and unbelievably we received an abundance of interest, the house was let before we moved.
Not only did Frank Innes let our house with efficiency, using in-depth checks and putting together correct contracts, our much loved property was well looked after the whole time we lived in a different part of the country.
To add to all of this, we have decided to put the same house up for sale, which Frank Innes will also be taking care of. We are only just in the beginning stages, but Libby from the sales department has been wonderful, very understanding and efficient.
We would 100% recommend this company for anyone concerned about letting or selling their home.

Just moved to Chesterfield from Netherlands. Agreed for a property from Franks Innes. Initially what looked a good Agency. But turned out to be very unprofessional during the house and key hand over. ---Had to move into a dirty, dusty and not maintained house.

· The carpet had broken glass pieces.
· The kitchen hob and sink were not even clean.
· The outlets for washing/dishwasher was not closed, spilling the dirty water from the sink. Already molds had started to appear.
· The garden was more than a bush. During the viewing only I have asked about the garden to be maintained.
.The Garden lamp glass was broken and on the ground

The letting agent, Laura Wilson, was ‘very professional and inhuman’ to say that the it was never mentioned. So, I guess she would love to move to a such mess or may be living in one.

She reached late for the appointment and left as soon as the signatures were done, dint even bother for any questions. She had no idea of how the hob or the hood or even the boiler/heater worked, if they even worked or not. Just told us about their maintenance website and took off.

Logged a complain on the boiler on Friday, and I got a call today. So, I guess once the money transaction is done, they don’t even bother.

Also, When all the payments, paperwork and references checks were finished by Thursday. But not sure, why she took 8 days for the hand over. A definite loss of 8 days for the company.

Worst experience and feel cheated in many ways.
Please be aware, do a detailed viewing and list out the things to be done done before you move in.
