From start to finish Fraser and the team have been amazing, going above and beyond and have found us a tenant very quickly, and at the price we were wanting. This team are the complete package; they accurately assessed the market in the value placed on our house and sold for precisely what we agreed we would be happy with accepting. Their price was 10% to 15% higher than the asking price their rival agents recommended and their fee was a whole 1% cheaper so we won both ways.
