We worked with Fraser on letting our property - which we were originally discussing selling through Rigby & Marchant. From start to finish Fraser and the team have been amazing, going above and beyond and have found us a tenant very quickly, and at the price we were wanting. They know the market really well, and have been a pleasure to work with (not something we've found with estate agents in the past). Would highly recommend if you are looking to sell or let a property in the Notting Hill area. We will 100% use them again on any future lets of sales as they not only know their stuff, but made the process seamless.

This team are the complete package; they accurately assessed the market in the value placed on our house and sold for precisely what we agreed we would be happy with accepting. Their price was 10% to 15% higher than the asking price their rival agents recommended and their fee was a whole 1% cheaper so we won both ways. They are both attentive and knowledgeable, remaining calm throughout the entire process. We could not fault their service nor delivery. Appointing Rigby and Marchant was the best decision we could have made and we are delighted we did.
