Alessandro helped me find an apartment in Queensway. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions for both me and my uncle, who acted as my guarantor. He offered to show me the house virtually since I wasn't in London, and as soon as I arrived, he made himself available to show it to me in person. He took care of the entire process from start to finish, always explaining what I needed to do or what documents to provide.
Overall, I had a really great experience and I highly recommend him because I was able to get my apartment in a very short time, everything was perfect! (flat included)

Alessandro, our lettings negotiator, was excellent in communicating clearly and providing support throughout the entire process.
Gian, the head of property management, swiftly resolved a few minor issues with the property, ensuring we received the necessary support and. He showed a great attention to detail and a genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction.

I had a great first experience with Gian dealing with a heating issue of a new tenant on a cold Saturday evening. Using ingenuity and his contacts of skilled engineers he managed to help resolve the issue remotely. Both tenant and I are hugely grateful. A very promising start to this working relationship.
