The agency definitely deserves an outstanding review. I ah W mainly dealt with Andrew who was representing a vendor. He was so helpful and supportive when out counsultants needed to visit the property or we had issues with a council while applying for a planning permisssion. Riverside Estates have successfully managed the letting of my property for the last three years. As a first time landlord the process can be daunting and you have to be weary of potential hidden fees from other agents, however Riverside Estates made the process clear and simple and with their local knowledge found a tenant within a month making the overall experience stress free. The manged service has been professionally handled by Andrew and Roy delivering a personal service far better than you would receive from a larger corporate agency. Any issues have been promptly resolved keeping the whole letting experience hassle free. Riverside Estates also had new tenants moving in just literally one week after the previous tenants left. Riverside have found us our last two rentals whilst we're searching for a property to buy. Having moved into the area their local knowledge has been invaluable, helping us to work out areas which would meet our needs (commute, schooling). They've kept us informed of any houses new to the market and building projects still in the planning stages which may be of interest. Riverside Estates have been fantastic - not your typical estate agent at all. They were instrumental in finding the perfect property for us, and helped us every step of the way, from providing a suitable rental property while we waited for it to be finished, to pushing the sale through at various stages. Estate Agents usually work solely in the interests of the vendor but as purchasers they did not let us down either. We had a great relationship with them and really felt we could trust them - unlike other agents we've had the misfortune of dealing with in the past.
