From the initial visit I felt confident that they had the ability and experience to manage the sale in a professional manner. The marketing materials /brochure/photos were of high quality and generated a lot of interest from day one. Viewing was handled by them as requested by me which was a definite bonus at a busy time for myself. Communication has been proactive and ideas, suggestions and advice welcome. From initial posting to my accepting a good offer was only six weeks. The people involved have been easy to deal with and responsive.
