Megan and Olly were selling my house and as stressful as it can be, I was also moving abroad so was extra stressful. Megan and Olly were super reassuring and professional throughout. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with and was very demanding but they went above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for their hard work and patience. I would highly recommend them over any other local agents who I’ve also dealt with in the past!

We recently sold two properties very quickly with the expertise and professionalism found at Rowland Gorringe. Thanks specifically to Rupert, Danielle and Megan in this regard who all showed a great, friendly Customer service! The reason I chose Rowland Gorringe was that they were also brilliant when I sold my first house, finding a buyer when the market was not so bouyant with David Hitchins in particular guiding me through what ended up a fairly complicated purchase on the buyers part. Without that sale we would not be where we are now (current house also purchased via Rowland Gorringe!) Thank you so much.

An efficient and professional service from all the staff at Rowland Gorringe in Seaford. Property sold within 24 hours of being launched, and it took only a week from first meeting to the launch. Chose Rowland-Gorringe Estate Agent after comparing details on the GetAgent comparison site. Honest and realistic property valuation given. Non pushy sales technique and very reasonable sale commission fees. Good property photographs and detailed description. Good communication,negotiation and feedback from Agents during the viewings. Had several offers during the first few days of advertising and the Agent was able to get the best price for the sale. Hopefully now the sale will proceed smoothly. I have just sold a house with Rowland Gorringe Seaford and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was easy, quick and stress free. I liaised mostly with Olly and his knowledge and attention to detail was first class. I was particularly impressed by the level and speed of communication via phone and email by the whole team as I was kept up to date regarding viewings, offers, questions from potential buyers instantly and any questions or info needed my end was responded to immediately. Rowland Gorringe supported us to buy the house of our dreams and I will be ever grateful for that. They also sold our previous house. Nothing was ever too much for any of them and the service they gave I could not fault in any way.

I purchased my house last year with my wife and I couldn't be happier. Not only am I elated I got my own home with all the specifics in which I asked for, but also received an excellent level of customer service.
The estate agent Ollie Stanyard was very knowledgable about the area, the house and any other questions we had. When having conversations they felt more personal and non clinical, in which we felt was a nice touch. That instilled my confidence in buying a property with them.
If anyone wants to buy/sell their home I highly recommend this company and definitely get Ollie on the job-if you can.

We bought and sold houses this year with Roland Gorringe. The first time I'd moved for 21 years. The attention to detail from Ollie and his team was second to none and they were fabulous helping us every step of the way from finding our new property to giving us ideas which removal companies were available.
The whole thing took longer than usual due to Covid-19 restrictions but we had a fabulous lady called Danielle who chased up the relevant people to move the sale along and gave me regular updates.
Anytime I phoned for with a question someone was always there to answer it. Altogether a very friendly and
professional team. I have no problem recommending them to anybody moving house in Seaford.

Contacted them the other day and said we wanted to look at some properties, the gentleman we spoke to on the phone was abrupt and said just come down and pop in , we had driven 110miles to be told when we got there, to busy and in so many words not interested, didn’t say also the estate agents was appointment only.
Poor service, found a nice bungalow and a reputable estate agent now and happy to help
