11th Dec 2025 (2 days ago)No proactive communication or telephone feedback from viewings. Got a couple of sentences on an online dashboard only. I had to chase them all the time. They only secured 3 viewings in 6 months, their only marketing strategy was to reduce the asking price.

20th Aug 2025 (16 weeks ago)We are delighted we had Rager & Roberts as our estate agent. They sold our property for us and the entire team were professional, courteous and so incredibly supportive. The response time to any questions or queries was always excellent and they truly supported us through the sale of our house. The marketing was brilliant and they had lots of interested buyers come through our door. They were also brilliant when we were viewing potential properties to purchase throughout our journey. The team made selling and buying a property completely stress free and I would highly reccomend Rager & Roberts and the team if you are looking to sell your house or looking to purchase a property. Thank you very much to the team for the incredible support.

24th Dec 2024 (11 mo. ago)Megan and Olly were selling my house and as stressful as it can be, I was also moving abroad so was extra stressful. Megan and Olly were super reassuring and professional throughout. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with and was very demanding but they went above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for their hard work and patience. I would highly recommend them over any other local agents who I’ve also dealt with in the past! Sam Nelson

3rd Dec 2025 (10 days ago)I spoke with Molly on the phone today at Fox and Sons, she was really helpful with assisting me with my potential move to the area, even though i haven’t decided if i want to make the move, if I do I will definitely want her to help me. With all the estate agents i spoke to in the town, she was the friendliest and I really felt that she listened to my requirements. Highly recommend!

Have had dealings with other local agents in the past where in each case either minor basic errors by the staff or the clear financial gain objective of the ownership have adversely affected their performance in a way that has never been remotely the case at Jordan’s.
25th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I can highly recommend Carruthers & Luck whether you are selling or buying a property. They handled the sale of our house with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. What particularly impressed us was their expertise and determination in keeping the transaction on track even when it looked as though it might fall through (we speak from very personal experience!). Communication throughout was excellent – prompt, clear and reassuring. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

He was always happy to help if I had any questions. We had a swift turnaround and exchanged after 5 weeks. I can recommend Nicholas James enough.
23rd Nov 2025 (20 days ago)Our purchase of a small flat took several months but throughout the whole period, the staff at Cubitt & West, Peacehaven, were unfailingly helpful, courteous, always pleasant and did everything in their power to help us (two aged and often bemused clients). From the first meeting with Blaiz and Shirley, we felt comfortable as they dealt with our questions. We also thank Gary most sincerely for his patience and extra diligence in guiding us through what we saw as a confused and difficult process. All three of them deserve our sincere thanks. All three of the team have an incredible knowledge of the local area and listened to exactly what we wanted in our onward property, they always helped where they could even when they did not have to. Always available with a friendly face whenever we had a question or query. Liz especially had the patience of a saint and constantly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was as stress free as possible. The whole team were very supportive and we felt much more than just customers with the service they provided us, which was far superior to estate agents we have dealt with in the past. We have no plans to move again but if the opportunity arose we know we would be repeating our custom with the team at South Coast Residential. Thank you for all your endeavors and determination in helping us achieve the move we wanted, Zoe & Paul Williams.

13th Nov 2025 (30 days ago)I’m big on passive income and always on the lookout for good assets, and Let Property honestly surprised me. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
11th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)I would not recommend this firm. Darren was very difficult to deal with. He advised me the owner of the property I wanted would not allow a viewing as my property was not going on the market until 4 days after requested viewing. He eventually agreed to phone the owner who "Very surprisingly has left it up to us so we can agree to the viewing" I advised him I had forgotten to mention if pets were allowed. His response was "It would have helped if you'd mentioned this before. I'll have to phone the owner again now". I found that rude. He phoned to advise me they weren't. It was obvious he had no time for me and when I mentioned that to him. He said that he'd made two enquiries on my behalf so how could I say that! I always thought the role of an estate agent was exactly that and not just on behalf of the person who will pay their commission but to give potential buyers clarity and courtesy. I am delighted the property was not suitable for me and am certainly not interested in buying anything from Darren. Luckily, other estate agents are available.

Phil was brilliant at keeping us up to date with the progress of the purchase of the house, was really accommodating with viewings/second viewings on the property for us to measure for floorings/ kitchen fittings before we moved in! Made the buying process much less stressful!!
