The staff at John Hilton were unfailingly supportive, kind and understanding. They were completely reassuring every step of the way and enabled a quick and efficient sale.

25th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)As seller, I had to chase up everything..they did not put any effort in my sale...even viewings were done unprofessionally..feedbacks sometimes texted, if at all.. hopeless.. i would say too many properties on their books
2nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Very knowledgeable agents. They knew the local market and our requirements. They found us a property and negotiated a price for us within our budget. This enabled us to drop our price to get a buyer, in what was a difficult market. We used our agent for selling at buying.

5th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)I would like to thank Wilma Lang and Diego Patti for their incredible work, ensuring that my ceiling was fixed and my living room repainted after a leak from the water tanks. It has been very stressful, worrying about when it would get done. But they were so helpful, kept in touch all the time, and made sure it was done as soon as possible. Also taking into account the time I would need to clear the room, as a single parent of a child with lots of toys! Cannot thank you enough, they deserve immense praise for their patience and kindness. I am attaching a photo of my lovely blue room xx

Have had dealings with other local agents in the past where in each case either minor basic errors by the staff or the clear financial gain objective of the ownership have adversely affected their performance in a way that has never been remotely the case at Jordan’s.

We had a personal recommendation to use Nicholas James when we were thinking about renting our property over 4 years ago, and it was a great decision. From day one they have been attentive, quick to communicate, and hands-on with all aspects of property management. They've been a great sounding board and offered advice and their expertise when needed. Having them manage everything gives us complete peace of mind. Cannot recommend them enough - and we do recommend them whenever anyone asks about management companies in the Brighton or Hove.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
