My wife and I had a great buyer, which really helped, and waited patiently, we both wanted to get moved asap, same with the seller of the bungalow we bought. Then the chain broke down a few times, from our vendors onwards which was a shame. This was when Josh did shine and really did his best to keep everyone informed, which was appreciated. Fantastic service! Phillip Mann was recommended to me by a friend who had used them twice before. Michael came to assess our property and was very personable and enthusiastic about our home. Michael and the team were helpful and very approachable throughout the whole process and sold our property very quickly. We had some unexpected challenges and delays but Michael worked in cooperation with our buyer and our solicitor to overcome the difficulties and make sure the sale went through.
